I had booked Northstar for my Son’s wedding and was completely blown away by their service. I would love to thank the driver for such an amazing experience. He arrived on time and was super helpful and friendly. The vehicle itself was very clean and comfortable. It was super hot that day and the water provided by the driver was greatly appreciated. My family and I can thank Northstar enough for their fantastic service.

Booked a sprinter for my birthday and it was such a great experience. Driver was early and soo nice and helpful. Even when I forgot my wallet at home he had no problem driving me back to get it!

So I'm shopping around, looking for a limo service. The ad said Best Price"

I would like to give this company a zero for their service. We were supposed to be picked up at 6 p.m from Mt Lehman Mcdonalds in Abbotsford, they came to pick us up at 7:30 p.m.. In the party bus, one of the front windows broke and everyone had to move to the back. It was honestly really scary and I hope the could really improve on that. It was really unprofessional, at the end of the night, their party bus broke down so they sent a different company (Silverstar Limo), and that company was not well communicated with North Star. They made us pay a tip of $90 at the end of the night or they said they will leave us in Vancouver downtown. A tip should be given for service and the service we received was really bad and they would not stop arguing with us on the phone and in the limo. Please book with another company and save yourself some time and money.

My husband booked them for our wedding in July. Limo driver was 20 mins late. This also messed up our wedding decor because we had less than an hour left. We were charged 18% in tips upon booking

Would not recommend their services. For starters, we paid for a Stretch Suv Limousine and what picked my party up was a van. The more pressing issue was pick up from our event. Dropping us off was on time if not ahead of time, but picking us up from our restaurant to take us home was delayed nearly a full hour with no explanation as to why and no compensation. The company requires a pre paid gratuity as well so this wasn’t appreciated with that considered. This was unacceptable for us as we had a group of seniors that had to stand in the cold as the restaurant we were at closed. The only communication from the driver was that he would be a few minutes late, and then when we messaged asking where he was he said he would be 10 minutes late. This somehow pushed our pick up from 10:30pm to 11:22pm.

We used Northstar Limousine Service for my daughter's birthday party. Couldn't ask for better service. Very friendly, reliable and reasonably priced. SUV Limo was in excellent condition. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!! Very rude and disrespectful. I called them to ask for a price quote and the guy who picked up the phone said their fee is $480 plus tax. And I told him “oh, you charge more than other places. May I ask why?” And he said “if you don’t want a good service, go on the Skytrain!” And he hung up the phone on me!!

We used North Star for our wedding and had a great experience! The driver was early, friendly, patient and accommodated some last minute stops. The limo was clean and the sound system was super easy to use. Price was also great! We will definitely use them again.

Worst business service ever. I tried booking on their website for the party bus and it said 990 with everything included. Before making the payment I just called to confirm a few things about booking and they said it’s going to be 1200+ taxes + tips whereas online it was 990 with everything. Upon asking the person who answered the call that what if I would have paid online and booked , he said he would have cancelled the booking. If the owner is reading this comment , you want to double check your employee and also check the voice recording of my call - my number ends with 8600. The person was very aggressively trying to sell me the service at a very overpriced quote.
