Madaflo Craftman has done numerous jobs for us, big and small, over the past 3 years. From fixing leaks, to building fence, to overseeing other contractors, to full scale renovations, Madaflo has done great work for us in our own historic home as well as in our rental properties. We trust Madaflo explicitly to do all of our handyman, building and renovation jobs.Madaflo is interested in our vision and works to achieve the results and look we want. They are helpful and innovative, finding cost effective and solid solutions.We are just staring our next project with Madaflo. Looking forward to working with them again.

Clements. He come on site for better understanding on the customer wants to be done and give us the cost estimate quotes afterwards.He is bilingual (French and English) and military vet.Our family was looking for a cost estimate quote for building an existing deck that we currently have.The location will be the corner center, inside an existing deck. Which means. We already removed the hot tube from a completed deck and now there is a hole on the wooden structure deck on a composite brown surface.The hole of the deck dimension are approximately Length= 93 inches, width = 93 inches, and the height = 42 inches.The finished surface must be at least match with the current deck surface. The currently surface finished appears to be composite capped grooved decking with a riverside brown colour. The final finished we compromise and it looks fantastic.The estimate job to be completed within a day but it took him two days to be completed because he just want to make sure he have the right materials.Overall, I am happy with the result because of safety and no more hole for the deck. Thank you.

First, they offer bilingual (French and English) and excellent customer service, which is a really good start.They analysed the problem, tell me what my options were and estimated the cost of each and advise me on the most efficient solutions.Then they repaired really fast, cleaned afterward et show me/ explain me the result afterward.For the amazing quality of service, the price is really good as well!I strongly recommend this company to anybody that have work to be done on their house.Thank you very much!

STAY AWAY!!! Hired for kitchen & bathroom renovation - multiple errors in his craftsmanship that led to it not being completed until 9 months later - some things are still not done but I'd rather never work with him again. He overcharges for his skill level and seemed to be learning as he went. He demanded payment upfront, then didn't complete work, then said we owed him even more money. He refused to do the work for months even though we had overpaid him in advance (lesson learned). Kept rescheduling/not getting back to us for months. We hired a third party to review the work done, he blamed his errors on us and threatened to sue us for slander! He also gossiped about his other clients to us and was generally a negative presence in our home. The quality of the work is not worth it, nor the confusion and headache of dealing with this company.

We needed a few repairs around the house prior to listing our house. Clement was able to fit us in the schedule last minute. Jennifer arrived to complete the repairs. She was extremely knowledgeable and made quick work of our repairs. After the repairs were made the house looked better than ever. I wish we would have made the repairs years ago. Definitely recommend for all future repairs. 10 out of 10!!!

Clement is an outstanding craftsman and equally as important he is something you don’t find every day, he is an honourable man of his word. Clement arrived when he said he would, completed everything odd ball task I requested, offered great suggestions. And help make our home ready for our move in. I will definitely work with Madaflo Craftman again and will continue to recommend Clement and his team to my friends and family.

We recently had a dishwasher installed. We were really impressed with the professionalism and the friendliness. Excellent price too! Just overall a great service experience! Will definitely use him again for other much needed jobs around the house.
