Free parking available though limited to no more than 3 vehicles with an additional parking space available for the handicapped. The office is located on the 2nd floor. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Some of the caseworkers and intake workers are quite disrespectful and ego-driven, even arrogant. Some actually hang up on callers, are openly biased in favour of women, and others lied about their conduct when complaint process was begun. Thank goodness we had the presence of mind to record the calls. Our child is falling through the gaping holes made by some CCAS staff, whose only interest seems to be more of self-preservation than protecting children.
