Raman sold us 3 phones. She was amazing and knows what she is doing. Really polite and helpful. Coming back and recommending her for sure.

Don't be fooled by the lure of pc points. They assume and not check to verify that changes didn't affect phones connected to the other one. Data canceled on other line and a overage charge. Then say they will help but never to be heard again. Have played phone tag with them and the carrier Had more luck contacting the provider myself so at least my credit isn't at stake but now I'm paying more on a plan because of this error. Just want what was agreed to. Bell seems to be working on it thankfully because I shouldn't have to pay for an error not made by me.

I I was not aware that they have discounts and I was sold a phone that was never given proper options to get a cheaper phone. Unfortunately I'm very disillusioned being pushed into a phone that cost $139 a month when I'm on a fixed income of 200 every 2 weeks

I had horrible customer service today and actually had to call the store Manager at the St Anne’s location while standing in the store to explain what was happening and ask for his help! He had to call the person I was dealing with, Raman, and advise her to help me. I went in to simply purchase headphones on a lunch break. She was going to ring me through and was trying to sell me a phone. I explained I was on lunch and I have services with Telus and she wanted more detail on my plan after I polietly declined. She said she needed to make a profile to ring me up and was asking for lots of personal information that I didn’t understand was needed to just buy headphones. She was visibly angry I questioned that and she stopped everything and said, “I can’t ring you through, I am doing inventory.” I was in shock. That is something you would tell a customer right away. I asked how long this would take and that I would wait as I need these and she said she didn’t know. I asked to talk to anyone else and she said no. I called the St Anne’s location and wow were they helpful. They called her and told her she needed to help me she told them ten minutes. After she hung up I asked her if she’d like me to walk superstore for 10 minutes so she can focus and she said “Fifteen Minutes.” At this point I was almost in tears and had to call the other store back. During the 10 minutes she said she needed to finish inventory she stopped that, grabbed the headphones and locked them back up. I asked her why she was doing that if I would be buying them and she said it was because they are expensive. They are $25 before tax. After aboout 5 minutes while she heard me talking to other Manager she told me she could ring me up on the other computer. She did and I paid instantly. She could’ve done this the entire time and avoided any situation and I still am left wondering why me? Why was I treated this way? Waiting to hear back from higher up but if you have to go here go to St Annes, I am confident this would never happen at that location.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever received! I got a phone + plan through this location, and noticed ~10 days into having the phone that there is a manufacturing defect. Went back to exchange it for a new one, and the rep that I bought it through refused to do it for me. They sent me to Apple, who agreed it was a defect and the rep should have done a replacement. Called the carrier, who also agreed, the rep should have replaced it according to their policies. The carrier gave me an extra day to go back and replace it, leaving notes for the rep that they have to do it. Went back, and the rep again refused replacement! They said that they will not do it regardless of what the carrier is saying, or what the policy states.Would give this review a 0/5 if that was possible, because this is so ridiculous and has wasted so much of my time and caused me stress for no reason, other than a power-tripping sales person.

I came in today all upset over my cell phone. The young lady Raman, she was very respectful, friendly and professional. She is wonderful with customers and she should get acknowledged for it. I look forward to deal with her every time I come to the store

Had a great experience with Raman Gill. She was helpful, respectful and patient as she worked hard to obtain the phones we wanted in our desired colours. Would definitely recommend.

Raman did an exceptional job on my phone upgrade. Searched for the phone I wanted and explained everything from the phone to billing clearly, she really knows her stuff! Highly recommend dealing with Raman!!
