Emily was so great! She was so helpful, gave me boosts of confidence and worked hard to find dresses that suited my style. I didn't feel pressure from her and she was a lot of fun to work with. As well, I think it was the owner/manager, went to their basement to pull a dress that wasn't on the floor yet, because it fit the description of a dress I had my eye on elsewhere at a much, much higher price. I really appreciated her going the extra mile to try to help me find my dress. Although I didn't say yes to the dress at Garber's I am very happy with their level of client service and their selection of dresses was absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

I seriously had the MOST AMAZZZZZING experience here with Jackie and Kylie. These girls were the most helpful and sweet and patient - as I made sure my dress was the one. Right from the get-go Jackie picked a dress that was exactly what I was looking for and I went with the first dress I tried on there. They were so accommodating and genuinely wanted the best for me. I would recommend this to anyone - and have been! Such a phenomenal experience!! Ten out of ten!!!!!! Thanks ladies <3

DO NOT EVER GO HERE! TERRIBLE STORE!My fiancé and my moms experience when going to Garbers was terrible and the two of them had absolutely nothing good to say about this company, and the employees they keep.When my fiancé first walked in the employees sat behind the desk and were very unwelcoming/cold. My fiancé then showed her inspiration pictures that she had screen-shotted from the designers that they listed on their website to said employees. These employees then told my fiancé that they wouldn’t be able to help her because they only had 1 dress like the ones my fiancé showed them.Excited to be at her first wedding dress appointment she decided to stay and try on other styles as well. My fiancé arrived 10 minutes prior to her appointment time and had told the employees that her mother in law was around the corner and would be there shortly. My mom arrived 2 minutes after the appointment time and in the time between when my fiancé told the employees that she was waiting for her mother in law and when my mom had shown up, the employees would not stop trying to push my fiancé into getting going and to start trying dresses on without my mom being there yet. They did this multiple times to which my fiancé reminded them that she was waiting for her mother in law each time.My mom pulled a dress for my Fiancé to try on and had put it in the back in the lineup of dresses my fiancé was going to try on. After trying on four dresses my fiancé was about to try on the dress my mom picked out for her and had to ask the employee where it was. The employee had put it back out on the floor. After leaving the appointment, my mom told my fiancé that the consultant carried the dress out from the fitting rooms saying that my fiancé didn’t want to try the dress my mom picked out because she didn’t like it. My fiancé asked for the dress back to try on as she wanted to originally.After being unzipped out of that dress both consultants walked to the front of the store and sat behind the desk chatting with each other as if to say they were done with helping them. My fiancé tried on a total of 6 dresses before she was left alone in the store to find her own dresses.While trying on dresses the employees brought back dresses that were 4 sizes smaller than the size my fiancé indicated that she was. She was unable to even get them on to even try to clip them into place to get an idea of how it would look. When asking for a larger size, the employees told her that it was the largest size in the store, a size 12. When my Fiancé looked at the tag, it was in fact a size 8 dress.For a bride to come in and made to feel belittled and looked down upon from the start of the appointment to the end is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.I would never recommend this company for anyone for any even as the employees are rude and believe that they are above you, rather than being helpful and making what should be a great day, a terrible one and being unhelpful for the bride to be.

This place was so deserving of a one-star rating. I booked an appointment for last Saturday (Oct 23rd) and when I called to let them know I had arrived, they hung up on me. My family and I waited in the front for 15 minutes until the last customer left and for about 10 minutes more the two girls at the front desk started at us and talked under their breath about something. We felt very uncomfortable and disregarded… we had just come from an appointment at Ballett’s bridal and that place was AMAZING! (if you want to learn more go to read my Google review for them). From the moment we walked in I got cold vibes from the two girls and no one said hello or that they would be with us shortly. I am a bride looking to spend a couple thousand on a dress at your store and you can’t even greet us? I was appalled by their lack of hospitality… needless to say, I will tell everyone about my bad experience just as I told everyone about my incredible experience at Balletts. (Seriously, go read about them). Shame on you, Garber’s… no one wants to try on dresses with a bunch of mean girls.

I ordered my dress on February 10th 2022. I was told my dress would be in the store in October 2022 and to wait for a call. October came and went and I never received a call. I decided to call the store beginning of November. The lady I spoke with said she didn't know why the dress was not in yet but that she would give me a call once she spoke with her manager. I received a call back a few hours later and I was told that the dress would now arrive in December 2022 and that i shouldnt worry because there is still lots of time before the wedding". We are now in mid December and I have not heard a peep from the store. Something tells me they forgot to place an order for my dress back in February

Amazing experience! The 2 sales-ladies we worked with were wonderful, continually pulling dresses that were within my budget based on what I liked/didn't like from other ones I had tried on. They also thoroughly explained how things could be altered to be more my style. Very supportive the entire time! We had a wonderful experience!!

I purchased a dress from Garber's back in February and recently had my final fitting. My experience was really great. Each time I went for a fitting (after choosing the dress) the staff were kind and friendly. The Tailor is certainly a staple at this store...she is the sweetest!I did have an issue getting in contact with the store via phone and was told only one staff person has access to the voice-mail. They also haven't updated their hours on their website or their Google page I booked my second appointment through their website and my third and then final appointment in person.Garber's has great selection of off the rack dresses at decent prices.They are understaffed (like most workplaces), with this in mind and my understanding my experience at Garber's was special for me.

I can’t remember the name of the lady that helped me but she was working January 4th. She was so kind and patient. She totally pushed me out of my comfort zone and I did find a few dresses that I liked. I ended up purchasing from another store but that’s not due to any fault of her, just ended up liking different styles that they didn’t carry. I really hope the store understands what a gem they have there because she was absolutely amazing.

The manager, Tera was an Angel! We went today and she was so nice. The experience was amazing! I’m so satisfied for everything she did for us and she was super sweet and nice! Saved my life and made my day :) I recommend this place and this consultant!

Chrystina was literally amazing she made me feel so comfortable but alsoPushed me out of my comfort zone a little , I orginally said no strapless , and I ended up leaving with a strapless dress !!! she made me feel good but also was so knowledgeable!!
