Pretty annoyed that i drove all the way out here from out of town, to be here at 9:30am when you open. But your hours have apparently changed and not been updated. Im having to now sit here and wait with a teething 3 month old and a 2.5 year old. Please update your hours if they change....

Excellent selection and service. Some prices may be a little higher than other spots, but the products are of high quality (Hape, clean, Diono). Worth the trip!

I can't say enough good things about this place. I often will phone to see if they have a product (which they almost always do), and they provide valuable input. Yesterday I bought a new car seat over the phone, and it was delivered (free) to my house in the early afternoon. Same day! I'm never disappointed with my interactions with RD. I've been shopping there for a few years, and they hands down have the best service for all the businesses that I shop at. The best!!

I ordered an item online from here. Very happy with my item. They shipped it out quickly and I received it ins very timely manner. Great customer service!

This store is not accessible to parents with physical disabilities. There are three floors and you are required to use stairs if you wish to view items yourself.

This is my baby store for life. I can't say enough good things about this place and the staff. On 3 separate occassions, the women working here have bailed me out of incredibly difficult situations by helping me get the last minute things I needed when other sources or big box stores weren't able to pull through. While I was still in the hospital with my baby who was too sleepy to breastfeed, I was able to buy a breast pump through them very easily and quickly by simply picking up the phone. They have excellent advice and are able to suggest complimentary products based on your needs and situation. And they are doing all of this during a pandemic by offering curbside pick up. Thank you for all your help!

Absolutely amazing staff. It blows my mind every time I go in how they remember me and my name. Greet you with a warm smile and go above and beyond to help. Beautiful store, beautiful people and high quality products. Such a great shopping experience.

Lost a potential customer today!I will only be back to use our forced in store credit.My wife and I were given a baby monitor for a gift for her baby shower from this place. It was not what we wanted so we decided to return it for a refund to put toward the model we did want. (Which this specific store did not carry) Was told that they only do store credit or exchange?! Unfortunately we did not have the receipt for the monitor as it was a gift. I didn’t think we would as it was in perfect condition and we were 100% sure it was from this store. Come to find out even if we did have the receipt they would not have done refunded. The gift was given 7 days ago. We were within the 14 day return policy that almost all company’s adhere by.Not only were we forced into making a purchase from this store, it’s as if the lady at the counter didn’t even care. Not a good feeling. Well we may only be one couple in your store, I do want people to know how we were treated. I was very disappointed and my pregnant wife even more so...Worst part is I see lots of great reviews on this store. They must have not tried to return anything for a refund. I like to support local business but you guys made it really hard to do so today! But don’t worry you got our $85 dollars! Much more important then that on-going business.I think it’s time for a Policy Change!

I found this store while looking for an extremely hard to get part for an 8 year old stroller. This was the first place that had the item and was willing to ship it to the states. They were prompt and knowledgeable and made the whole experience seamless.
