This company has been amazing! My first call to them was an emergency toilet leak with the water shut off valve even breaking. Disaster for my tenant at 930pm. I called 4 companies and not one other plumber responded to my request for help even as a 24 hour plumber. Pioneer was at my apartment in just over 1 hour on a Friday night and got things sorted with a fixed leak and a new shut off. They recommended a new toilet as the current one was from 1993 and the possibility of a new leak was possible given it's age. A new toilet has since been installed and all work was completed as expected an my tenant is breathing a sigh of relief that a new leak isn't going to spring while he's not there. I really appreciated the responsiveness and help getting this sorted from afar as I am not currently residing in the lower mainland. This was by far my easiest experience in trying to sort out any contractors from afar. Much appreciated Pioneer team! I'm your customer from here on out.

Called Pioneer during an emergency leak and they sent out a tech right away, on the same day! Matt was thorough and professional. Definitely recommend and will use their services again :)
