Just love the beautiful furniture at Jordan's Bayer's Lake. My bucket list includes a Stressless chair! Even on sale they are in the $3-5,000 range. I am still saving my quarters and now have to decide exactly which design and colour I want. The store is bright and clean and staff are very informative and let you know they are there to answer any questions. I would highly recommend Jordan's!

Visit here was a nice experience. First time here and looking at a rocker recliner that would be good for my back and legs. Had lots of help from the sales associate with good information about a variety of chairs. Didn’t buy today but will definitely be back.

Great experience!I sent in an email to Jordan's inquiring about bespoke Amisco chairs and stool, and within an hour, Derrick had processed my order and I felt confident it was correctly done.Since the chairs/stools are custom made in Quebec, there was a 2-month waiting time. Shipping was around $70, but it felt fair for the one-hour drive out of the city. Jordan's had also assembled the chairs, which I don't think all furniture stores do since my MIL had ordered a similar set which came in dozens of pieces.Would absolutely recommend Jordan's!

Jordan’s in Bayer’s Lake has provided me with excellent customer service since my purchases over the last number of years and just recently with delivery issues with furniture. They have gone over and beyond to make sure the issue was rectified and taken care of to my satisfaction. Angela has given me exceptional customer service and always keeping me informed as to how it was being handled and keeping me in the loop which I so appreciated. Angela certainly has the expertise in providing the customer with knowledge and support concerning the problem. She is a great asset to the company and deserves to be recognized for her skills in awesome customer relationships and her ability to represent Jordan’s as a place that we as customers know we made the right choice in going there to purchase the best quality of furniture. We are very pleased with our experience with Jordan's. We were looking for a new dining table and our salesman Nick was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the process from choosing colors and materials to keeping us updated until it was ultimately delivered today and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Jordan's if you're in the market for a new dining table.

A great choice of quality furniture in a range of colours and styles. Can get some quite different pieces compared to your big box store. Quite expensive and quite a wait for delivery as seems to be the norm right now!

This is not a slight against the Canadel furniture I purchased which is, as expected, of great quality. The customer service at Jordan's Home Furnishings in Halifax, however, is abysmal. I was given wrong information regarding a critical feature of the piece I was purchasing. Needless to say, when the piece arrived, I was beyond disappointed and frustrated. With another piece of furniture still to arrive in the coming weeks, I asked that my dissatisfaction, specifically due to a sales associate's 'lie', be compensated in some form. I was advised in a voice message left by Manager Angela that, because the piece still to arrive was ordered as per the paperwork"
