Dr. Balraj Sharma is truly excellent, as is the team around him. He was my optometrist before, but I moved away and went elsewhere. I had a poor experience and, by now despondent about my declining eyesight, I went back to Dr. Sharma. I thank my lucky stars I did! The exam was so much more thorough, the prescription so much more precise, the lenses produced so fantastic I cried in relief, the care by the team quite superb, and the environment super-friendly and welcoming. I've been going here for years now and my fiance as well is a client. I booked my dad for appointment and even though he was really late to his appointment, they still took care of him! Thank you Julianna for making so easy for my dad to come in for an appointment.

Dr Sydney Kaumann was a breath of fresh air insofar as her thorough and expert care whilst examining my eyes just recently. She addressed an old issue that had actually been bothering me again. She was extremely patient (pardon the pun) throughout the examination and seemed genuinely interested in her profession that of helping people see their best they possibly can. I felt confident in her ability to determine what's best for me in terms of eye care, glasses etc. She did not rush me nor did I at anytime feel like the meter was running short like I've felt in the past in other offices, despite the fairly packed waiting room. Very clean offices and polite staff Kayla at the reception area. Inner harbour optometry is where you want to book your next eye appointment. Thank you.

Got their prior to my appointment, was taken in quickly. Had assistance from quick, knowledgeable, curtious staff. But I forgot to ask Dr.Sharma what their new puppy dogs name was!!! Great service! see you next year! John

Have been Dr. Sharma's patient for 5+ years. Love his new Cook St office especially I am impressed with all the new and advanced equipment on each routine eye exam and visit. He and his team is friendly and caring (not pushy for services and products!). Highly recommended.

The Optometrist I saw was great, performed my eye exam in a good ambiance and took the time to explain everything I needed to understand.on another note there has been a little misunderstanding during my visit at the desk. But management contacted me very quickly afterwards and they were great about solving the situation.Because I appreciate a business who stand behind is clients and try to correct an unfortunate situation, I will definitely keep visiting them and do recommend Inner Harbour Optometry.

Excellent Optometry office.I've gone to Dr. Sharma's office for the past 7 years or so for my exams and have always had a good experience with them.Great staff who are clear, efficient and friendly. Nice location, and really modern equipment.Dr Sharma is great and I never once felt rushed when I had a few questions.I will definitely keep coming here.

My visit to Dr. Sharma’s clinic was to have an examination of the overall health of my eyes. Today's testing involved some very sophisticated equipment and close attention by Dr. Sharma himself. I came away with a sense of peace of mind as well as an update to my prescription.All the staff were friendly, polite and professional. The clinic is clean, tidy and everything ran right on time. Highly recommended.
