Your average McDonald’s. I came here on a whim for a small strawberry fruit splash and had no problems. Nothing too special - in and out, good standard service, and drink was refreshing. Bonus points for summer drink days!

Probably have been there 10 times in the past 2 years. Not 1 order right. Screwed up order twice yesterday as we brought back the first one. Couldn't get it right the second time either. Manager says in a snarky tone, you can come in any time for your 2 free fries. They're good at taking money, that's about it.

We went to drive thru tonight, we were waiting on speaker to order and then another car came in second line , Girl took their order first and then i said hello to remind her and i asked her it’s it like first come first serve , like we are waiting , she said no big deal in very attitude. And said if we say nothing to her , she will not serve us and ban us from McDonald’s. Like what ? Her name is Manpreet and worst person of my life i have met , who doesn’t know how to speak with someone . Does she own McDonald’s? Because the way she was saying that it’s my drive thru and i will not serve you was horrible. Girl needs improvement in her .

I finally took the time to get on this forum and do our review of the Riverview McDonalds. We always say we will never go through it again but we slip and do because it is so close to our house. We consistently get the wrong order, missing items, and the wrong pop and the wrong coffees. It is so frustrating; I have complained to the powers that be but never receive a reply and these days it’s expensive to even go there! And Skip the Dishes from McDonalds, well forget about that too! Consistently get the wrong food and “rarely” get our pop with the delivery. As of yesterday, have dumped Skip the Dishes too because our McDonalds delivery that arrived was again the wrong order, the driver took it back to the store and never returned! So we had nothing, had to fight to get the refund. It’s not rocket science, all these people have zero pride in their work and just don’t care. We are paying for this food, it’s not free. Even if you have a job at McDonalds you should still take pride in doing a good job. I’m not saying all the employees there are like this, I am positive there are good ones, but this location has a real problem and they really don’t care. We will never drive through there again; some days we do just drive over to the West Main St. location and we have NEVER had one error at this location.

This McDonald's has the reputation of the poorest service of all the McDonald's in the region. Slow and seemingly disorganized. Apparently many delivery drivers complain of long wait times even when the store is not busy

Restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly. We had our grandkids so they delivered right to the table. Ketchup was out so they quickly right some to the table. We enjoyed our meal. There were 5 of us.

I visited this place as a delivery driver. The front cashier was super friendly. Even though it's a busy time order ready within a reasonable time frame. And she told us about the waiting and I highly acknowledge that info.Delivery. Take away and dining available in this location. Middle of the town and busy drive thru some times.Free Parking and Washrooms available
