Fashion hub store. Prices are a bit high than the competition but quality and style is better. European fashion rules. Forgot to mention shoes for everyone are also there. Staff is friendly and knowledgable, they can guide u on everything u need to dress up. Yorkdale mall store is almost in the center of the mall on the corner opposite Sephora Store. It boasts high dealings, well lit interiors and dresses on mannequins. Big screens showing fashion shows and designs. Prices are written on the tracks as well as on individual items. U can get gift receipts as well. Store is very clean with fitting rooms on each floor. The store is always busy even at opening and closing. U need time to pay at the cashier and is extremely busy on long weekends, weekends, sales and clearances. There is an elevator for push chairs and children. There are mirrors everywhere to judge yourself. The racks are filled by staff all the time and u can never see a rack empty. Air conditioning and heating is great. There is no place to sit. They even have hats, belts and scarves. Walls are white while the floor is grey. It's one of my favourite store which I visit very often. There website is also very good and one can order there but have to wait a few days for delivery and of the size is not right, then u can get into trouble and would have to go to the store to return or send them back. They do not have makeup but do have perfumes which smell nice and are at a reasonable price. One can always return items purchased within a month but not undergarments. Some time there clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable because they either have it less or last piece. Ot usually happens at the end of clearance. Women's area is more busy and larger covering the while ground floor. If the price has a red tag, it means that it is on sale. I always go for items on mannequins or on display as they are always the most popular and trendy. They really have some very revealing and sexy dresses as well to go clubbing or to impress your partner.8

My 12 y.o. daughter went in and purchased something for a friend of hers who was with her. She paid using a gift card, and was given the wrong receipt. An employee then, for no apparent reason, accused my daughter of stealing the shirt she legitimately paid for, making a big scene and publicly humiliating my daughter in front of other patrons at the store.She went to Yorkdale guest services to get a printout confirming that she legitimately purchased the item and brought it to the store manager, who was very helpful in rectifying the situation. Thank you for this.There is absolutely no reason why the store employee should have:- assumed someone was stealing when they could have asked their colleague at the cash register- publicly humiliated a 12y.o. customerWe will be escalating this matter to corporate management to ensure this employee never treats someone like this again.

What a very unorganized store. The cleanliest of the store is terrible with clothes everywhere. Maybe they don't have enough employees to clean up the sales floor. It was 12pm on a Thursday afternoon and the store wasn't that busy but the store was already a mess. I came in to do an online return and because of this experience I will NEVER be purchasing things online or at Zara again unless I am 100% certain of it. They have a separate line just for returns but everyone that was there was all doing returns. I waited 30 mintues!!!! to do a simple return. They only had 1 person on cash doing returns and one person doing purchases. And when there was no one in the purchase line that cashier would step off from cash and not help the return line. There was a lady in front of me returning her whole wardrobe of 17 items that held up the entire line and no one to jump on cash to relieve it. It is the dumbest concept I have ever seen at a large retail store to have a separate line just for returns when that's the majority of the cash line. Maybe that's their way of discouraging people to make returns that will affect their sales. It is the most ineffective service and I will never be returning to a Zara after this.

I know Zara is not known for its customer service, but this location ranks bottom of the barrel. STC, Fairview and Queen Street are leagues ahead - I’d even say TEC is probably slightly better at servicing their clientele.Came in looking for items that their app was saying was located in their stockroom. The first associate could not find either item, as her in-store handheld device was saying everything was on the floor.She then passed me off to another associate who said he was going to still check their backroom. I waited for him for 20min as I watched him run go-backs, bring customers their online orders and help another customer pick out an outfit for their partner.Not once did he acknowledge to tell me that he never found the items. Due to the fact that I always saw him on the sales floor, I doubt he even went back to the check.If you like to thrift, then by all means, come in and shop their sale section. Good luck finding anything - just don’t count on the app, it’s only good for online shopping.Despite their high price points on regular price, they still manage to come off looking like an outlet store.And by the lack of customer service, they might as well be.

Went there for an interview at 1 p.m. , They said none of the managers in the store have called you, and probably the manager coming at 2 p.m. had set the interview with me. I waited until 2 p.m for the interview that was set at 1!!! And guess what!! After waiting another 15 minutes, they told me that nobody has called you again!!! (I rechecked the number that had called me and it was legit!). Thank you for wasting my time and energy Zara!!! Super rude and unprofessional!!!

Designer-quality clothing at cut-rate prices. The styles are amazing. Too bad people pick up clothes and drop them anywhere. And the place ends up looking a bit cluttered. Still, it is so worth it. I never underestimate the value for money.

I recently visited Zara Clothing Store in Yorkdale Mall and was extremely impressed with the quality of their clothing and the affordability of their prices. The store has a wide range of clothing options, from casual wear to more formal attire, so there is something for everyone.Overall, I highly recommend Zara for anyone looking for affordable, high-quality clothing. Their selection is great, the prices are unbeatable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning to this store in the future!

Will give you hard time in returning and exchanging clothes. I called customer service and reported the cloth quality which was very poor, they told me to go to store and return it back. They even generated a ticket for that and gave that to me, as I live in NB and we don’t have any store here, so I went to Ontario as they only accept return in store if bought from store. But manger their wasn’t understanding and didn’t return or exchange even after showing them the ticket. Then she called the other manger and I explained everything again and even she showed me the same attitude. Finally ,I came back after wasting my 1 hour.

The ladies section of this store is on the main level, the changing rooms are upstairs. I tried on a beautiful top I wanted, but it was too small. I nicely asked the change room attendant to bring me a size larger, as change room attendants do at clothing stores. She rudely told me “no, we don’t do that.” It was a crop top, and I wasn’t comfortable walking through the entire store going downstairs & leaving my things in the change room to do this. I asked again and she said “no.”What kind of store is this? No customer service. I didn’t bother trying on the other size. I’ll give a different store my money. The change room attendant even had an ear piece in… you couldn’t ask someone to bring one up? Sabrina, be nicer next time someone asks you a normal customer service question. I won’t shop here again.
