If I could give zero stars I would. They seem friendly and welcoming at first but don’t be deceived, they’ll keep your credit card in their system and charge you random fees without even notifying you weeks after returning the car.Blatant criminals!!!

We rented the U-Haul yesterday, and experienced the best customer service ever ! Mr. Mohammed - he took care of all the aspects very minutely and guided through the process of renting out the Truck with his wise experience. Really happy and satisfied with the service !Highly recommended !!

I had an excellent experience with All Time. I was stuck and it was late and the lovely manager actually picked me up and had the perfect car waiting for me to rent. The prices are very reasonable and the customer service was superior. I am very impressed and would highly recommend this business. Rented a UHaul Truck from this location. The truck was clean and ready to go! The online pick up process was much easier than I had anticipated via the mobile app. When returning, the process was simple and the owner Waqar was very helping and kind. I will definitely be coming back for any UHaul needs here in the future! Highly recommended. Thanks Waqar! :)

The online pickup process was supposed to be hassle free, but I ran into problems with the u-haul website as it kept going to the error page at the step where I was supposed to take a picture of the speedometer. I then had to call customer care and get the lock code to get the keys to the truck. It was freezing weather and I had to call customer care two times and spend nearly 45 mins to get the lock code.I was planning to complain about the horrendous experience on returning the vehicle and write a negative review. What changed my mind is that an elderly man who was at the U-Haul center when I was returning the vehicle came up and offered help with the checkout and also took care of some extra charges which were showing up online even though I never opted for it. The man also apologized for the inconvenience that I had to go through during the online pickup as the store was not open at that time as it was early Saturday morning. The store opened only by 12 in the afternoon. Anyways , I hope that U-haul customer service is trained better to take care of customers. Hopefully they will improve the response time for these online glitchups.

Rented a UHaul. The truck was clean and all set to go. The online pick up process was much easier than I expected. The return process was simple as the owner was efficient, precise and nice. Will definitely do this again. Highly recommended.
