I can not say enough good things about DeTails. The staff is so sweet and knowledgeable. Georgie loves them, and she loves going there. She always comes out looking beautiful. I highly recommend DeTails and will never think of using another groomer.

A big thank you to pet De Tail for the wonderful grooming experience for our 3 year old Burnadoodle George.George is a highly anxious dog . He Is a big dog and very skittish. We tried a groomer in Toronto 2 years ago and they never even managed to get him bathed . That experience resulted in a phone call asking us to come pick him up 15 minutes after we dropped him off.Ever since I did my best in grooming him myself. With a busy summer we decided to give grooming another try. We called deTail Pet Grooming.He was a real mess! Dread lock tangles, nails needed clipping embarrassed to say borderline neglect.3 hours later they called to say George was ready for pick up.He looked like a champion show dog and was so proud of himself and happy!Thank you de Tails Dog Grooming!

The WORST unethical owner and establishment. They hurt my dogs quick of nail when trimming. Which is fine. This happens at times and not their fault- esp w my dog who doesnt cooperate very well. However they didnt tell us that the dog was injured at pick up and because we were unaware anything had happened, we took our dog home, left him alone for three minutes and he almost bled to death. When we called to inquire what happened, the owner denied anything happened yet said they did use powder when he bled and told us ur dog was not bleeding when he was picked up therefore we didnt feel the need to tell you. He was fine'. Unethical

Wonderful first groom for my big boy. He's 6 months and a bit timid, and the wonderful ladies put Rory right to ease.They gave practical tips to help him be more comfortable for his next visit.We will be back!

Incredibly knowledgeable owner/groomer and so generous with her time and expertise. A really wonderful experience from start to finish. Chantal was excellent at handling my dog with patience and care - and completing a beautiful show groom. The space was clean and new and I was beyond impressed! Master level skills in a friendly and welcoming environment.

WARNING- extremely concerned about the business practices and ethics of deTails. When dogs nails are cut it is common for the quick to be cut, accidently or not it is quite understandable this can happen -especially when you have a dog that is none cooperative and sensitive to nail cutting, as my dog is. Today the dog was picked up from regular apt.Upon bringing him home (5 min, from lap of a car to living room) he was bleeding profusely from his nail. My concern is the owner of this establiment did not inform us that the dogs quick was injured when nails were cut. When followed was told The dog was not injured. However
