I went to People’s on 8th street today to get some new earrings with a gift card I had for 6-7 years. McKenzie was helping me and was absolutely LOVELY! She showed me some earrings that were in my price range, and helped me find two perfect pairs! She was pumping me up the whole time “these look perfect on you” or “these make you look like a warrior”. It felt like I was shopping with a friend! When I went to pay, the gift card wasn’t working and she spent probably 45 minutes on the phone with People’s to rectify the issue. Everything worked out in the end and I left feeling beautiful with my new earrings and an amazing experience. I will definitely be back and I will ask for her every time!!!!! Thanks McKenzie!!!!!

First experience buying the necklace was great, super friendly and got exactly what I was looking for. but I sold me a warranty that was not valid for the gift I purchased. So was contacted to come back. Went back and the lunch break for the entire store was 2-330 so wasn’t able to fix the problem, then the store hours were posted wrong so I showed up again when the store was closed and I live out of the Province So hopefully they will accept a phone call because in person fix will not be happening.

Tammi and the staff at People's have the exceptional customer service. My husband purchased a beautiful ring for me at the store. While talking with Tammi and the staff about the disappointment of a repair gone bad of my wedding rings I agreed to bring them in for a quote! Oh my goodness!!! I have a beautiful new looking set!!! I have not worn my rings for 6 years because of the faulty repair! Now I will definitely be back as a repeat customer! Please visit this store! They are fantastic!!!:) Happy customer!

You guys should really consider updating your Sunday location hours on Google to match the actual mall hours. Pretty disappointing when you make a mid day decision to come in from 3 hours out of the city, plan accordingly to be there for 5 to pick out some wedding bands as Google says your location is open until 6 on Sundays, just to get there at 5 to find your location closed...

Worst customer service over the phone. Rude tone. Blames C*vid for everything..... not my problem attitude when calling to ask where my 2 weeks over due ring sizing & saudering was. I had also chosen a third ring to complete my set, was told by staff I could only pay for it upon pick up which I thought was odd and insisted I pay now as I also wanted the 50% off sale I was promised. I finally get my ring back several weeks late and my new ring is not there. Its just thr two I already owned. After this long wait. Now no rings are left to choose from. They blamed this staff member who conveniently doesn't work there anymore and discredit all the lies she told me about the sale, about the time it would take.... about my rings all being Sauder together by a certain date..... I bawled my eyes out in the store after being so sick of hearing excuses and blame shift. They gave me 25% off a different ring that what I originally chose...there was no paper work at all on file, and then had to pay for coverage on top of that! I will NEVER RETURN, OR ADVISE FRIENDS TOO SHOP HERE. What a nightmare

Mackenzie was fantastic with us, very knowledgeable, soft spoken and kind. Exactly the kind of service I like from a jeweler! Very positive experience! 10/10 would recommend going in to see the great staff at this peoples!

I phoned the store, before I went over there, I asked if I could come to clean the rings without insurance details on me. The man on the phone said they do not need it. It's in the system. I camevto the store and the lady who was helping me wasn't pleasant at all, not happy with me that I did not have insurance details, refused to clean the gold on the other side of the ring. My rings are half white and half yellow now, lol. I don't think it was hard to brush full ring. Then, eventually, she found my details on the system and made me make a picture of her screen and keep it on my phone.I did not think to check her name badge. My experience wasn't good. I guess I'll change the store for my next shopping.

Went in at a slow time to ask about diamond sizes and cost of a custom jewelry piece. Although they showed me the diamond sizes they made no effort to engage or help me with the information regarding a custom piece. Terrible customer service skills, would not recommend coming here if you are looking for friendly helpful staff.
