My new Bosch fridge arrived yesterday and I love it! The service from Trail Appliances was top notch from Azita at the Coquitlam store to Hermon and Ram who delivered the fridge in 90C heat! Thanks for your attention to detail and professionalism.

Our whole experience buying a new Washer+Dryer at Trail was fantastic. Azita helped us in the showroom and was really great - we popped in to check out what was available, and when we came back a week later she remembered us :) and we were able to make our purchase super easily. We didn't have to wait long for our delivery day after purchasing, and on the day Darren and Arun were on time and installed everything super swiftly. Really satisfied with my whole purchase journey at Trail and will definitely buy future appliances from this store.

I had the worst experience purchasing from this Trail appliance store.I purchased 6 appliances from them and here are all the issues that I experienced and still unsolved.(1) Gas range - the range had a dent upon receiving. Our tenant took a picture right away and we sent it to the sales and store manager. After numerous trying, no one contacted us back yet.(2) BBQ grill - it’s brand new and we cannot use it still. The gas hose (connector)is leaking and the service department said we need to sort it out with the manufacturer. Uh Excuse me?! You delivered a damaged product and I need to deal with the manufacturer?!No one contacts us to resolve the issue still including the manufacturer.(3) The delivery team took off all the doors of the fridge and didn’t put them back properly so we had to schedule another appointment for Trail to come fix it.The electric range was also not put in properly either and my husband needed to fix it himself. We paid extra for delivery and installation.(4) the delivery team scratched/damaged our kitchen floors and it was pointed out by 3rd party installation company that arrived around the same time as Trail delivery team.After numerous attempts with the sales, store manager and Trail support team, I still have not heard any updates or solutions.Please be careful of what the trail delivery team told you to sign. They basically showed you the signature box ONLY and didn’t let you read the terms. I only received the electronic copies after signing (and after they left).(5) the Trail delivery team was unprofessional and rude. They were complaining their own sales team saying they just wanted to sell the products and didn’t tell us any information. I was very uncomfortable and intimidated as I was home by myself. They also blocked our lane way and refused to move when the waste truck arrived.My experiences with them are very bad and disappointing.

After almost 10 years with our old washer and dryer, the washer washed and spun its final load and we were obliged to shop for a new one. The dryer looked like it was on its last leg too so we choose wanted to find a stackable new set. We shopped around online and visited a few stores and eventually decided to go with Trail Appliances in Coquitlam. Very happy to say that we are totally pleased with our purchase. The Trail salesman Charlie Binkle made the experience easy and painless. He was fun to deal with and knew his stuff. The actual transaction was done over the phone a few days after our visit. Charlie took care of everything and about a week later we had our new appliances. Kudos to Charlie and the Coquitlam team...the whole experience was better than I expected.

We have recently built a new home and purchased all our appliances from Trail. Mick was a lifesaver in terms of finding exactly what we needed that was in stock and not trying to upsell us. We have since gone back to him several times to replace appliances for our rental properties and he was been professional, responsive and provided excellent service. He has become my go-to guy for all things appliance related, thank you Mick.

Do not bother with any sort of extended warranty. Lost all my food with a new fridge(1+). Called for repairs and have a ticket that might* get looked in the next 10-14 days. Not worth the additional cost in losses or living without food for 10-14 days. Since it can’t regulate any temperature freezer or fridge. Pretty disappointed overall in LG appliances and warranty from trail. Customer service is good but not the products.

Very positive experience shopping with Coquitlam Trail Appliance. Charlie was our salesperson. He took the time to explain all the pros and cons for each brand we were looking at, between price point and size. He was knowledgeable and patience, we appreciate his advice. Transaction went smoothly and delivery happened today without a hitch. It was not a easy removal and set up due to the small space in the washer dryer closet, the space was so small that we were not able to get behind the machine to unhook it in the first place, that's why we went with Trail because their delivery men also are tenchnican who can unhook/remove/install the machines for us. Very happy customer here!

Just got our new dishwasher installed and we love it because it is so quiet! TC Kasikci at the Coquitlam showroom was a great help and we appreciate his expertise in helping us choose from the many different options available. It looks great and I think the price was much less than what I would have expected for the quality and for how quiet it is! (44 db to be exact!!). We had our eye on different machine when we walked in and I’m glad we got the facts and changed our choice.Thank you.
