Vito took us on short notice and provided excellent service. We got lots of advice about protecting our RV and getting most value out of it. The price was right and he helped with some accessories too.

Lisa was very courteous and helpful when I called to inquire about a part, even went as far as emailing me a photo to confirm before I made the journey from Mississauga. Excellent customer service and great selection of products hard to find elsewhere for my RV!

Found an RV on their website that we wanted to see ASAP. Vito was very accommodating with arranging a time to come see the RV and we immediately put down the deposit. We were more than thrilled with the condition of the RV when we picked it up and were blown away with the time that was taken to show us all the features and functions. We drove our RV from Ontario to Newfoundland and didn't have a single problem with it. I would highly recommend purchasing or maintaining your RV with Vacation on Wheels!

Finally I can input my own review after some issue’s signing in.Of all the places I’ve been to have my Class A Motorhome need’s and services. This is the place you can trust! When you buy a Motorhome you’ll need a shop to look into your problem issues. I tried to bring it to my dealership where I bought my MH is ok too. But what’s not ok is the total time you’ll wait for appointments and the time it gets done.During pandemic is a challenge for all I understand that, but I want to enjoy the use of my MH rather than spending more time at the shop. Since I found this shop the overall experience is 5 stars! You get to speak to the owner and their master mechanic on hand and get some advice, it’s something really different from others BIG dealership!I had many (necessary)services and stuff they’ve done including some after market installation! They sell parts and accessories too, Awesome! You don’t really have to wait long whatever stuff you need done, they’ll keep you on the road in no time to enjoy your MH!
