The Aurora Home Depot set me up with Quick Contractor to assemble my gazebo. I called and spoke to John Vinage about leveling the land so I could put down large patio stones. On top of the stone, an outdoor rug. He said the company doesn't do that job. They sent me the invoice to assemble the gazebo $600. In an email, I notice the contractor's name. I called him and I explained to him the work I wanted done as mentioned above. He told me to send him a picture of my backyard. I did, and he came back with a quote of $461. I was charged $85 for a quotation fee. I dispute the charge. Quick Contractor removed it. July 1, 2023, the contractor came and put up the gazebo and leveled it. I had to leave before the job was finished because my daughter had to go to the hospital. Got home the grass under the patio was not dug up at all. I would like my $365 back. Also, I tried calling Quick Contractor, but they blocked my number. Very discussed by this company.

It has been six days since I posted this feedback and I have not received any response-Our installer did not arrive as scheduled however he was early rather than late. He had a tough time installing the dishwasher. The dishwasher still does not open properly therefore it’s hard to load the bottom rack. The picture shows where the door sits on an angle unless you’re holding it down. Also the blue protective wrap was hastily removed and there’s random bits that we cannot get out.

Our installation tech was great! Showed up on time was very polite and easy to deal with. He was fast and efficient and answered all my questions. Absolutely my best install experience yet!

After the two installer departed I continued to test the two garage door openers several more times to be satisfied they were working consistently but after opening and closing one of the doors, 5-10 more times, the wire cable came off both sides of the spring-axle pulley’s (off the two grooved wheels on both ends of the axle) and unravelled (see attached pictures).I had to get assistance to fix the problem. After having this one garage door fixed, one of the wire cables popped off one of the other garage door pulley, too. Both of the garage doors ultimately failed; hence, the 1-star rating. Both door cable wires have since been (apparently) fixed. Please note, the garage doors always worked manually before I had the openers installed. Also, the garage door wall opener for the east-side door works sporadically and needs to be replaced.I replied, twice, to the request to complete a survey but got no response. This was an overall bad experience and I will not be using Home Depot professional services" again."

We had an amazing tech from Quick Contractors come and install our basketball base, backboard, and rim and net. He did a wonderful job, was super nice and answered all our questions and offered some thoughts and ideas on increasing the stability of our basketball set-up. Great job!

Marvin was absolutely awesome! When we had some delivery mix ups he stayed in touch and arrived the day after we finally got our complete order. 2 hours and he had the pergola done and took away all the packing materials. Our pergola looks beautiful!

I bought an LG dishwasher from Home Depot, delivered this past Monday (May 8/23). The next day an installer from Quick Contractors came in. From the very beginning, he did not show he was well-trained in his job. The minor things would take too much to describe, but here are the main points:1. He did not balance the dishwasher during the entire installation process. There are four legs, but he only manipulated the front legs. Hence, the unit tilts from the lower front one day after the installation. I only found the proper installation procedure on a YouTube channel after the tilting happened. In that channel, professionals use a leveling tool to ensure the unit is balanced before pushing the unit in place. (Pic 1)2. He claimed that the new dishwasher's water hose did not fit my current pipe connector. So he had to cut my pipe and then use a 1/2 x 3/8" Comp adapter for connection. I am not a plumbing professional

Basketball net: assembling was fine. Service was so absent it was insulting .- I never once got a call from them to inform me of installers coming in. I had to call CT 4 times.- First call from the installer told me he couldn’t make it the next day because of an injury (I didn’t know he was to come the next day) and would come on the Monday - on a holiday to make up for it.- No one came on Monday or called me and couldn’t reach CT! They were closed.- Finally got to reach CT who said they will make a complaint on my behalf.- Next day I called again asking to know when someone will come. In two days I am told.- Two days later installer tells me he is quite ill in bed. I ask for someone else. He says he’ll try to come 5 days later…- Nothing, until the Monday when I get a text asking if I am around- installer is in the neighborhood and has time…One positive was to have it installed when I wasn’t home, fast and efficient. Nothing about the installation but the service seems to be done by individual installers. Unprofessional.

The installers thought to attach my dish washer machine to the right side and told my tenant I needed to get a board to be placed on the left side of the counter so that the machine can be pushed back and secured properly. But it makes no sense. I bought the same dimension dishwasher as my old one and suddenly this time it doesn’t fit? And need a board to fill some gap? I tried to call customer service to speak to the technician and I waited for over 30 mins twice and no one picks up! In the end, my tenant tried pushing it to the left side and it was fine. They couldn’t problem solve and didn’t seem professional to know how to install it properly. I would not recommend their service.

We ordered a dishwasher through Home Depot and paid for installation. This company is who they use. We were out of our home while the installation happened and when we came back noticed our cabinets on the sides of the dishwasher were scratched. We also had plenty of plumbers in our house at the time since we are doing construction and they mentioned how the dishwasher was also not installed properly because it is not flush with the cabinets. The back legs were not levelled properly so the dishwasher is tilted. It is also not centered. The scratches are very noticeable. We would have appreciated being notified of the scratches, since we were home as they were leaving. The reason we paid for someone to install it instead of doing it ourselves was so that it was done properly and without damage, so this is extremely disappointing. The only stars I gave were for communication and timeliness.
