We needed our clothes cleaned quickly and Woodman’s same-day laundry service (inquire within) was something we made sure to avail of.Pam was lovely and very professional too and all of our clothes were handled with utmost care. I also appreciated how neatly folded all of our clothes were after drying and stacked in a very organised manner. They’re also showing another tier of professionalism here on Google Reviews (something other businesses could learn from) by actively engaging with both positive and negative feedback from customers.Woodman’s in downtown Vancouver are outstanding and have a strong recommendation from me. We’d definitely use their services again!

The best customer service I’ve received in Vancouver.My wife and I required a wedding dress to be cleaned with an extremely quick turnaround. Not only were our expectations exceeded, the service was affordable and we’ve since been back with other garments. Extremely polite, sincere, understanding and accommodating staff and owner.

Dropped off some pants to stitch up some holes and they did an amazing job. Additionally, the customer service was excellent. Will definitely visit again.

I started using this companies service 2 years ago now, and have been absolutely blown away by the level of service I have always received. It is a wonderful family operated business with Pam, the mother leading the operation. I now used Woodman's every week for all my basic dry-cleaning, plus specialty items. I have never once had an issue, and the service is always efficient and professional. I highly recommend Woodman's for any of your dry-cleaning needs.

AVOID!! DON'T NOT GO. I had a couple new Paige jeans hemmed costing $20 each. Noticed one jean regrettably had some damages near the bottom hem. The stitches at the hem also never aligned together on some of the jeans, see the photos for yourself. I will be going back Stitch It Alterations. Avoid at all costs, as your trust can get broken. Would they reimburse me for that pair of damaged jeans? No I don't think they would considering the other review they would say it's not done by them.@Pam - your downtown clients bring you their expensive clothing and are willing to pay extra for your service but your seamstress lack the skills and effort. You're a great woman but please stop doing this to your potential clients. You lost my trust and I won't be coming back.
