The Dental Market

I ordered dental supplies from this company and they got sent to the wrong address. When I called to follow up on the order, they said they would look into it and no one called me back. When I followed up again, they said that too much time had passed and they could no longer track it again and that I was out of luck. There's a good reason why there are so many bad reviews for this company (the Dental Market) and it's alter ego (Dental Brands). Save your money and aggravation. Shop elsewhere. I've never had any trouble with other dental supply companies like K dental or Frontier Dental.Update: They made a show of trying to make things right, I followed up with them, but they never replied. Seems like they weren't really sincere. These guys are just deceptive.

Wasn't sure what to expect placing first order but was quite pleasantly surprised. Had a typo in my address (my fault) that was corrected by customer service almost immediately via email. The order was again confirmed and shipping details were later provided. Products arrived correctly and much quicker then expected. Their level of customer service is excellent, I would not hesitate ordering from them and I plan to do so again myself. Unfortunately the only issue was that I thought they were in Markham as their website showed with limited pick-up hours so I paid for shipping. If I knew they were in Toronto I would have picked up and saved the shipping costs.

Recently purchased some items through Prabhat Bista, he was very helpful, and the prices were affordable. Looking forward to working with him and the dental brands team!

I’ve been ordering from the dental market online since the covid shortages. They have been great! Consistent and accurate stock inventory and if there is an issue they have called me and offered a comparable substitution. They have been very helpful if I have questions about a product or if I am trying to find a substitution. The prices are competitive and we are happy with the shipping times to Alberta. Don’t hesitate to give them a try. They are as good as the big companies!

I ordered saline solution for me and my kids and there was a minor mistake, which was quickly fixed after a quick call and an email. Prabhat was really kind and efficient and sent me the correct items right after I mentioned the issued. I was really satisfied with the product and mainly with the customer service offered by Prabhat.
