I went to this location a few weeks ago because my lens had popped out of my frame, the arm fell off, and the screw had gone missing. Dede was an excellent optician* and treated me with such respect and kindness. She also fixed my glasses and they looked brand new when she gave them back!

Great service! I’m not sure if her name was Paul, but she was super kind and she adjusted my glasses to my comfort! I Would highly recommend anyone that wants an excellent service by a great team!

It was quick and easy to buy new prescription sunglasses. I liked that fact that my prescription was included in the price of the glasses (since it's minor). The floor rep was super sweet. I felt like the prices are decent here compared to some other places.

Overall I had a great experience. I was even given tips and tricks for what to do with my glasses - this is the second pair I get with them. Thats how much I appreciate Bonlook. BUT when I received my glasses the temples felt too lose, requested to make them a little tigther - everything was okay in the moment but after a week I realized a discomfort & it was hurting the back of my right ear particularly. Made an appointment to get the right temple re-adjusted & when I arrived the optician that served me made a first adjustement but I asked to be readjusted (second) as it still hurt the back of the right ear. When asked to readjust a second time she was persistent that its should be okay now, I told her it still feels tight and her reponse was “no it shouldnt be” … she was also serving other customers so I had to wait, but it wasnt a big deal. But I felt so uncomfortable to ask for it to be readjusted that I said its alright & left. I still feel discomfort in the back of my right ear today. Im also bilingual & was jumping between english and french as it was difficult to express myself properly in french alone, optician asked me to only speak french because she knows I can. Not only wasnt I listened when asked for a (re)adjustement I couldnt even express myself properly - another worker came in to fill in the blanks for me cause I was looking for my words in French. I love Bonlook & want to come back but this particular experience kind of sucked honestly.

I had a great time at this store! Phyllis helped me so much with my glasses and I also got help from Rox who was very sweet and made my glasses fit. Much love to this team.

This 5 starts means 10 to me! I had an amazing experience at BonLook Montreal Trust Store. I’ve ordered my first prescription glasses on Tuesday and by Sunday it was ready for pick up. The optician Paule was extremely friendly and helped me so much, explaining how to look after my glasses and what I should expect about the adaptation period. She also adjusted my old sunglasses for free. I highly recommend this store, the whole customer experience was fantastic.

Very bad experience the vendor was impacient with my mother she wouldn't let her speak she then called the optometrist and she was even worse. Very condescending person and got very defensive when we told he we didn't like the way she was talking to us. They should not be working with people. Not recommended.

I have worn my glasses for about a year and they're still in perfect shape! I honestly thought that the gold color would fade out with time but it's been holding up perfectly. I completely recommend!

Optometrist Dede was the nicest and extremely caring. She listened to all my needs and made sure my prescription was top notch. I highly recommend her as your optometrist. She is a lovely woman and you can tell she loves what she does and cares about her clientele.It took longer for my glasses to get to the store than what I was initially told. However, Dede made my experience a million times better.

Purchasing glasses has always been an unpleasant experience for me. I've been a customer at BonLook for a few years now and have never looked back! The staff is always so welcoming and eager to help. They listen to any concerns that you may have and are always quick to offer solutions. The optician was an absolute delight today. She was so sweet and kind and made sure that I left with glasses that I absolutely loved and fit perfectly!You can bet that the BonLook Montreal Trust team will always take care of you!
