Tropical Greenhouse
Beautiful spot to do a touch of work, meet with a friend or take kiddos on an indoor walk that is still engaging.The Tropical Greenhouse has a little something for everyone!It's accessible for wheelchairs & strollers, provides seating via small tables/benches, & is quite spacious.Just be sure to check on the hours before visiting!

Tropical Greenhouse
Love, love, love this place. So beautiful, peaceful and a real treat for the eyes and soul. If you're a plant and nature lover it's a must to visit. I was reminded of the Dominican landscape with all the palms and tropical plants.Its incredible to me that this place is free to visit, the team that works here deserves major praise for doing such an awesome job on this greenhouse. Will visit again and again.

Great place to visit to see beautiful tropical plants. Came here for a private event a few weeks ago and it was very hot inside. Unfortunately not the best for a private event with over 50 guests. The air conditioning can only go so high. I suggest having fans on site to offer for future events as no air flow.

This greenhouse in the middle of Gage Park is absolutely a must visit. It is spectacular. The caretaker staff are incredibly welcoming and informative and the selection of tropical plants is fascinating. They have wifi and places to sit in and out of the humid greenhouse proper. Washroom access and it is meticulously clean. Open everyday outside of statutory holidays. And free.Ask the caretaker what he has to do to pollinate the chocolate tree!Treat yourself and visit here.

My Wife and I were Walking around Gage Park and Decided to go into The Tropical Greenhouse. It was a pleasant surprise. Just a Beautiful collection of tropical plants & trees. They also have a water feature with Fish & Turtles. It's worth a look if You enjoy Tropical Plants.

A real jewel in Hamilton. Well managed in a calming and relaxing setting in a beautiful city park. Perfect place to visit after today's Mum show. Wheelchair accessible and places to sit and enjoy the tropical greenery. Some of the plants and trees are Jurassic Park massive. Complete with a waterfall, turtle and fish pond.

Such a beautiful greenhouse! Definitely visit during winter months, as it seems like a getaway to a tropical place! There are some seats available, so bring your own tea/coffee/snacks and enjoy the atmosphere.

What a surprise. This greenhouse is a hidden gem and possibly one of the nicest one in GTA golden circle. Though this is not a large green house (you can probably zoom through this in 5 minutes), it's worth a visit as it is so well taken care of with MANY different interesting plants, and the cutest of little fat birds walking about.I just love the care and thoughtfulness they put into this greenhouse. It really shows. Also the staff... top notch. They were so excited to share their knowledge and teach about the different plants. It's just a beautiful place to enjoy a coffee and relax.
