My two kids like Mojgan having hair cut so much! She has a 30-year experience in hair styling, especially for kids about ten years! She is nice and friendly. I definitely come and make appointments with her again!

Don't expect anything more than an overpriced quick hair cut for babies/kids (aka make their hair shorter). Even though your kid is crying, don't expect them to do anything to calm your kids during the hair cut or slow down or wait for a bit until your kids calm down then continue the hair cut. NOPE! They just want to get it done asap.I wish I had read all the 1 star reviews here before I went! Because we experienced exactly the same thing!We had an appointment and also arrived 20 minutes early, thought we would have enough time to let our baby to warm up to the environment and being less nervous. But, NOPE, we got rushed to the seat and baby was freaked out right away.The seats are terrible! They may be cute, but they are pretty hight and rock hard, no harness, no seatbelt or anything for kids safety. You have to hold your baby or young toddler for the entire time to make sure they don't fall!After the haircut, they will just give you a small towel to wipe off the hair despite those tiny hair is all over baby's face.

I’m sorry but had a traumatic experience here today. My daughter had a huge knot in her hair and we hoped to get it out. The hair dresser was in a hurry and cut her hair from mid back to mid I neck. We didn’t get a chance to talk to my daughter who is 9 about the loss of her hair.She was in a hurry and didn’t spend much time trying to get the knot out. I asked for it to be styled to show my daughter how it could look but they said they don’t do that.So I paid $40 for a 5 minute cut and they charged me for the balloon. My daughter was devastated.

Terrible terribe experience. Will never ever be coming back to this horibe place. We had the nastiest experience here today. We drove all the way from Surrey to this place as our 3 and a half year old son is terified from the hair cuts.We came here about a couple of months ago and had our son's first hair with them. The asian lady who did a hair cut for my son, was a nice lady who carefully cut our son's hair and was pretty quick at the same time. We were very happy that it didnt take too long, and we were done very quickly.But today there was a different horible lady. My husband just ask her to fade it evenly as she left some patches unevenly. She gave our son terrible cuts ad bruises. She handled our son very aggressively. When i asked her to stop, she didn't and said your husband saying its not even and kept hurting my son. My son kept saying that its hurting but she wont stop and i also noticed that she was really rough with the trimmer on my son's head. My poor son, even got some swelling on his head. I couldn't take pictures of it as he wont let us see the cuts properly and kept crying. He kept saying that it hurts even after a few hours. We had to pit polysporin on it to help my son.I want ask her, how would she feel if someone bang her head like that? Learn to treat people the way you want to be treated aspecially kids. Dont do this job if you dont know how to do it and learn some basic manners. I made a mistake to bring my child to this pathetic place. Will never do this mistake again.Horrible place and horrible people.

I have been here 4 times now for a child hair cut. The first three times were by a Korean lady. Though my toddler was kicking and screaming she did a quick and satisfactory cut. She even did the scissor work first leaving the dreaded buzzer for last. Our latest appointment was by another hair dresser. Though I requested for scissor work to be done first, this was not done. My toddler was sitting relatively still and not crying yet the cut was poor. The edges were untidy and the cut was uneven. For $40 it was the best introduction to hair cuts I could find, but it’s now time to move onto a more professional salon.

We have gone twice there to get my son a haircut. The lady was so fast and professional. It was all over in 3 minutes, which is great considering our baby is very active. She gave us a balloon and a string of his hair from the first visit there! We will definitely come back!

First haircut for my 11 months old baby, excellent experience, professional and friendly.It was so quick that my son didn't have time to cry or get fussy.We are definitely coming back.

The lady was not listening to me at all. My 4 year old is always scared to go for haircut and he needs to be handled gently. Despite of asking her to go slow and gentle, she was in haste and told me that other customers are waiting. Also the haircut was not done properly. I am not going back at all..

Writing this review after our second attendance hereOur first experience here was unfortunately a very negative one. Maybe my son wasn’t ready, maybe the stylist was rushed or having a bad day.But my second experience (this time with Mojgan) was perfect and has completely changed my feelings towards this business. My son was apprehensive but she made him very comfortable- warm friendly smile, gentle touch, sweet voice. She moved quickly but calmly- allowing my son to feel comfortable and at ease. She started with just scissors and then slowly introduced the buzz cutter allowing us to get a nice short haircut. She cleaned up the sides and edges making many gentle passes while my son was moving around so much and asked for my input throughout the entire process. Amazing! Ask for Mojgan!!!
