Super slow service. Just waited 25m in line for a farmers breakfast wrap.Maybe if the owners paid more than slave wages, they'd be able to get more than TFW to work for them.

I went to this Tim Hortons Saturday morning to treat my daughter and grandson with timmies. I ordered 2 ice caps, one caramel, and a 20 pk of all chocolate timbits for my grandson. Chocolate is his favorite. At the window, I was given the ice caps first. They were a dark brown muddy color, nothing close to the light beige they should be. I handed them right back to remix them. Whatever the employee did, she didn't mix it again, as they were still the same coloring. I didn't want to hold up the line, so we left. Only to find when we were on the highway that the chocolate timbits for my grandson, were every type of timbit except for chocolate! How hard could it have been to get a simple order right. I wasted $14 on items that ended up in the garbage. I definitely am not going back as this isn't the first or even second time.

Alyssa/Aliya was our cashier and was amazing. She helped us redeem our point on our Tim app and use offers and money left on our Tim's card to make discounted purchases. She also promptly took our orders and served it on time. Friendly staff and great service. Food was served well, and the place was clean and spacious.

one of the worst tim hortons the workers are not the issue but when you have debut snd credit machines breaking every week or so and other machines broken is embarrassing management is terrible here and clearly does not care

The staff here work very hard, and unfortunately take a lot of abuse for their minimum wage. Look-out for lunch and after- school cause the local teenagers swarm and take over the place (3 stars). The only negative thing that I have to say is that the Women's washroom had been out-of-service for about 2 months now.

Good service; there was an error with my order but the staff fixed it perfectly. I will say that this is a busy location and could do with some upgrades to make the ordering process faster. There could also be more staff, they work fast but there is a lot of buisness

I am disappointed in this atmosphere of this tim horton's. Dirty floors, sinks, workers are slow and they don't care that they are. Workers alway mess up your orders. The machines that make different drinks is always down. Worst Tim Hortons that I have been too.

If you're thinking of stopping in for the walnut crunch or cherry stick - they're not one of the participating Timmies....As far as service, it depends on when you go. Sometimes it's quick, other times there's a lot of running back & forth behind the counter

20 minutes before work I want a coffee. Had to leave without because the staff was busy giggling and playing with each others hair. This is why I have to go to McDonald's.Thanks for nothing.Healthcare employee

This is the worst tim hortons location. It just gets worse and worse. Waited in the drive thru last night for about 20 minutes just for 2 iced Capps while watching the 2 guys just walking around inside. Train your employees better, this is insane. The coffee is almost always old. They never make my iced coffee correctly. If i ask for extra syrup, give me extra syrup. Thats what im paying for! Every time i go into this location they are always out of something that i ordered. They need to get it together. Management is trash, treats their employees horribly.
