Titan used Traxx for our transport from Calgary to Banff, Kamloops arriving in Seattle and trips over 5 days. Our driver Gerry was second to none. Excellent driver and very knowledgeable in all areas travelling through. Highly recommend if all are lucky to have Gerry

I was cycling down Cambie street, i was well in front of bus, hand signaled i ws coming into the lane. Driver came along side me and then squeezed me into the curb causing to me crash. And then didnt even slow down or stop.

Horrible, disrespectful and not professional.So much noise in the small turnaround outside our home with their two busses. They leave them idling and are disrespectful when asked to turn the engine off.They don't care that it is a residential neighbourhood or that there is a bus drop off point just down the road.

On New Years Day in downtown Vancouver a careless Traxx bus driver came very close to hitting my 2 month old gradchild in the stroller as he took a sharp right hand turn on our walk signal, narrowly missing us. I have called them and I have written 2 emails to them and still no response, this could have had a tragic outcome.

As if there isn't enough bad drivers on Hwy 5, I had one of these out-of-control new drivers" racing down the mountain on the Coquihalla hogging two lanes and nearly wiped us all off the road. Google won't let you give zero stars...........great job hiring "drivers"
