Convenient on site delivery too! Kevin took his time explaining operation (“PASS” - pin, aim, squeeze, sweep) and mounting. He gave recommendations on sizing, numbers required and inspection/maintenance. I originally bought 3 for our daughter. I ended up purchasing more from him for our home. Excellent to deal with!

I would have to pull the pin and use it before I know if these extinguishers are legit. I bought 3 so we can only hope they are in good repair if need be. However, their service was excellent. Had to chose 3 stars because of the unknown

Extremely happy with the service we received from Alpha Team Fire and Safety. Kevin drove out to Toronto (from London, Ontario where they're based), to take a look around and give us a free consultation and estimate for the work we needed done. We own over 40 Fire Extinguishers and most of them needed to be serviced, and they all needed their annual inspections. He gave us a rough estimate, which blew our previous Fire Safety guys out of the water.A couple of weeks later, he came back, inspected/serviced/certified our Extinguishers, installed new mounts for our in-house Extinguishers, put up brand new signage, and helped us with our log book.On top of all that, he took the time out to educate us on Fire Safety, and how to properly use a fire extinguisher using the PASS technique (Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep), something that I personally never knew.They also have hundreds of refurbished/recertified fire extinguishers on hand, for a fraction of the price of a brand new one, in case you're ever in need of a replacement.Highly recommend Kevin and Alpha Team Fire and Safety! We will definitely be using them for our Fire safety needs going forward!
