Paramed Flex Clinic

The employees at this site appear to be unready to attend to their patients when they arrive for their IV treatments. It is not unusual to wait for half an hour for them to prepare. This is surprising given that the patients arrive at the appointed time. Also, there seem to be difficulties in their management of the IV procedures, in which one would expect them to be proficient. Two IV treatments I witnessed took over 2 hours before the drip speed was noticed and corrected. They also misplaced a patient chart. The attitude displayed does not seem to place the comfort of patients as their main priority. I am not impressed with their competence.

This Company is very beyond disorganized. Rating 1 star is over rating. Mom is to get home IV fluids and the supplies were dropped off at her home, the IV bag, pole and other supplies. The next day, this company calls my mom and tells her she need to go their office in order to get the IV fluids. They expect a 75 year old woman, who doesn’t drive, uses a walker to take all the supplies including the IV pole to their location. Like really? So now, my mom has to wait longer to get IV fluids and she’s dehydrated as it is.This is the 2nd time my mom has got the round around.Paramed needs to get better Management or better processes in place or both.

The PSWS are great but the organization and scheduling AKA Everything the office does is BRUTAL!

this company is the worst, the person they hired to scheduling Jan, is rude and has absolutely no idea how to schedule the psws, my 93 year old mother is going to die under this companies watch, total disregard for human life, unskilled workers, Expect to hear from my lawyer! No Rating don’t know why this company still has a contract!! ignore the one star

We're supposed to get a nurse/hospital supplies once a week... lucky if they show up once a month. don't bother calling them either because nobody answers. nurse calls that they're showing up soon then never comes. sick and tired of nobody doing their jobs and still getting paid.
