Pathetic service, I called many times and thy noted my number name and email but not bother to call me back. May be all representative just enjoy free pay.i hope this message should reach to the property owner.

Very good people and amazing service there is one person who gets the job done and it Corey yarde if you need anything done ask for him the building is very nice need some improvement but It is nice and the people in side it are amazing

The worst property administrator ever!!!The guy there called Corey Yarde is the worst property administrator ever, the whole my life I didn’t see anyone deal with people in disrespect as he do , my mom and dad they are seniors and they stay there alone , when they ask any help from him under his job , he speaks very rude with them and his service take very long to be done .The previous administration was much better than him .I never recommend this building because of him.

I have lived in two Mississauga condos since 2019. 3122 hurontario is a wonderful big building 800 sq. ft., well maintained, courteous staff with a location and amenities to boot. Of course, the maintenance fees is included in renting and immediate free service available but.

Many years ago when I first came to Mississauga , I had met a older gentleman who I'd play pool with.One day he asked if I could come by and give him a hand. I didn't think twice about it and said sure your ready to.I will do my best to keep you people happy and basically just keep doing what I have been doing
