The Nest Yoga

I really wish there were more places like this for people to decompress or reset for the day. The facility (including updates) has everything you need to arrive on your matt. Each instructor has their own flare and personality they bring to the class. Change rooms and showers on the men’s side are specious and has 3 showers stalls. Worth going everyday.

The studio is always at perfect temperature. The instructors are amazing and care about the well-being of the class, especially Adam, who explains anatomical positions and why he’s getting you in those poses… with a touch a humour exactly when needed! Great community.

The room is hot to perfection!!! Expect to sweat buckets! Instructors are awesome and staff is so welcoming, truly a small little family/community away from home! Loved every class. Expensive but the intro package is a great way to try different types of classes.

I love heated and unheated yoga classes at The Nest yoga. I go about 2-3 times every week. Their classes are always full and some of them may have waitlists but you usually get in with no problem.The only downside is that you have to pay a fee for late cancellation (4 hours for PM classes) which I find a bit too strict.Overall, I definitely recommend this place for both beginners and advanced yogis. You'll love it!

The Nest is a very inclusive place to practice. This is my first experience doing yoga and I have found this experience to be a judgement free zone offering as much support as you need. The intro package of $69 for your first month can’t be beat! It has allowed me to try many classes to see which I enjoy the most.

I am honestly so happy to have found The Nest. I used to do Yoga regularly for a couple of years when I lived in Moncton and I’ve been wanting to get back into it for a while. I am so glad that I did and that I am doing it at this incredible space. The lovely humans that work there are some of the most genuine and kind-hearted people I have had the pleasure of meeting and they have made me feel welcomed and supported from the start. Every practice I have been to since I started is challenging yet accommodating. I always leave The Nest feeling rejuvenated, happy and at peace. As someone with an anxiety disorder, the practices have been nothing but positive for my mental health. I don’t just recommend Yoga, I recommend practicing at The Nest. You will absolutely not regret it.

Just started at the nest yoga last week, went to 4 classes and I’m so happy I started!! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. The classes are amazing and there’s many different options for yoga and times to accommodate everyone! I’m officially addicted! :)

I just started at the nest a few weeks ago and today was my fifth class. Everyone is so kind and welcoming and the instructors do a really great job at both motivating you and making you feel comfortable to try things at your own level. 5 stars hands down (if I could I would put more :)

I’ve recently started going to The Nest and have zero regrets! I’ve seen an improvement in myself - mentally and physically. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I’m not one who usually signs up for health/fitness classes, but I’m so glad I took the plunge. I’m excited to see where my yoga journey takes me - all with the help of the lovelies at The Nest!

The staff are all very welcoming and it is a great atmosphere. I attended my first yoga class last week (Hot Core) and am attending again tonight. I loved the class and felt amazing afterwards. I would highly recommend The Nest.
