Happy with the final result of my son’s procedure. There was some extra skin left after it was done but we got it corrected and it looks so much better. Staff are nice: please respect parent’s decision when they ask not to point the temperature gun at sons head. All the times we have been there my son’s temperature was taken on his hand and this one time the front desk staff pointed it at his head. That’s a big no no for me and she became upset with me asking her not to do that. Her whole tone changed and she wasn’t pleasant as she has been on our other visits.

We took our precious 3 weeks old boy to Gentle Procedues for a circumcision and I am very happy with how professional and straight forward the whole experience was. First I got a lot of information in advance. The website described all the steps of the process and it was followed exactly as described. Dr. Sing is very cheerful and professional and performed a quick and clean circumcision. The outcome looks great! We received good care from the clinic staff from booking through after care they made sure we are well informed and answered all of our questions timely. I recommend this place 100%.

Dr. Sing and his assistant were Gentle, calming and great with our little man. I went based off of a recommendation from a sibling. Healing went smoothly, and the after care instructions were explained clear and were easy to follow. The facility itself was spacious and clean. The admins were friendly, and super informative as well as clear. I would highly recommend this establishment for your child’s procedures. We are happy and thankful first time parents. Thank you again Dr. Sing and your wonderful staff.

My sister came here for her 2 boys and told me how great the service was. I gave them a call but due to me working, my schedule made me feel stressed out in planning when the right time was. I spoke with Natalie who is a true gem. She was absolutely thorough with explaining the process and procedure to me which made me feel a lot more comfortable continuing with this process. She has amazing costumer service.

This clinic is AMAZING! They were great during my son's circumcision and they were great with the follow ups. The doctor was great, and there were 2 workers there in particular who were the best! Natalie & Laura! They were amazing! I would recommend this centre!

Hello all! We were considering a gentle procedure for our new born baby (boy of course!). Our neighbours recommended this doctor and clinic. We would like to give a BIG UP for Natalie!! She is very personable and provided answers for all our questions. She helped us through our walk. I highly recommend her and appreciate her. Snip Snip Hooray!! 5 Stars for Dr. Sing and his staff! Just got the big V, it was the easiest procedure I've ever experienced. The admin staff were friendly, helpful and made sure I understood the no-nos' post procedure.
