We recently installed our Tropical sunroom & it looks great. We are happy with the work done. It’s a family owned business & they have a great professional team with them. We would recommend for anyone that’s looking for a similar project. We would specially thank Dave Jr. for his courteous service & also going the extra mile to complete it to our fullest satisfactory. I have seen a few negative comments on after sales service & hopefully they have learned their lesson by now.Thanks again!

We had issues with the sliding doors on our sunroom that came with the house when we bought it (not installed from Tropical Sunrooms) Neil came and triaged the issues we have which were several and was able to apply expert shims in just the right places to be able to get the doors working perfectly. We are very thankful - well done!

The experience I have had working with the team at Tropical has been fantastic. The contractor Neil, is professional, on time, and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a sunroom, or patio enclosure to reach out to them! I had the opportunity to check out their Kitchener showroom on Victoria, and I was impressed with how many designs they have on display. Great company!

Absolutely love our sunroom! Installation was done just this past summer. Everyone we encountered from Tropical..the salesman Kenn, Neil the site supervisor, the design group, and the install crew..were all professional and very hard working and dedicated to ensure our satisfaction. We love the quality of the product and can't say enough about the quality of the crew workmanship. As with almost all manufacturers over the past 2 years, Covid posed its challenges, but we remained patient. We wouldn't change a thing...just love it!

Contacted Tropical Sunrooms about a broken thermal window pane in our sunroom.The sunroom was one of their early builds(31 years ago). David Jr. was very quick to respond and was able to get the actual window size from their records and give us a quote to replace it.Thank you .
