J'ai suivi la formation de secourisme le 25 et 26 oct. 2021 (16hres au total), avec la formatrice madame Chabha. Ça a été formidable.p.s. Prenez l'entrée sur la rue St-Urbain.Depuis 2021, on émet seulement des cartes virtuelles (valides pour 3 ans) sous forme de pdf.

Went to get my CNESST certification. I was actually quite disappointed with the whole experience.The content of the course was not very pertinent and didn't teach me much. The instructor lacked structure in the course; constantly going off on tangents, giving us unclear instructions and just overall confusing when explaining things. The room we sat in was very cold, the setup of the classroom was just uncomfortable. Nothing to write on, uncomfortable chairs. Brutal for having to sit through the course for two days. I was sent by my workplace, but would highly recommend going elsewhere to get certified.

Even during a pandemic their cancellation or rescheduling policy is 5 days before the start date of the class. That’s completely unacceptable, do better.

Bel endroit, excellent service, formation adéquate avec des enseignant intéressants et stimulants.

Bon endroit pour avoir la formation de secouriste. Je m'attendais à un cours sur un ton très serieux mais Marie est super fine!

Great place to learn stuff that can save lives.

A Québec ils ont dit 5 jours ouvrables pour la marchandise. A Montréal ils ont dit 2 à 3 jours, ça vient juste de l'Ontario à côté; 7 jours plus tard, on me dit - délai de fournisseurs, vous l'aurez d'ici la fin de la semaine - là on est rendus à 10 jour ouvrables. Si vous en avez besoin en urgence, achetez ailleurs.

Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding about the start time between myself and my employer. I arrived 45 minutes late and they refused to let me take the course, said it would be an immediate fail because I missed too much of an 8-hr day course. I pleaded that I have driven from far and had taken the day off work to come and was willing to catch up with whatever I had missed. Receptionist and manager Luc Gosselin were very rude and condescending. Made me feel unwelcome. Seemed annoyed that the company name I work for was an English name, the receptionist kept asking me to repeat it pretending she couldn’t understand. Receptionist wouldn’t speak English. Said there was nothing they could do and weren’t sure if the company would have to pay twice. Only started to perk up when I asked for their names. Not looking forward to having to go back and do the course.
