I had Doher prepare my individual tax returns for 5 years. The accountant I worked with was very difficult to communicate with and was often non-responsive to my calls and emails. When I tried to meet with them to discuss my changing tax circumstance, they ignored me. I switched to a different accountant who re-filed three of my previous returns to correct a major oversight related to unclaimed tax credits and got me a refund. Doher's service was overall very unprofessional and cost me time and money.
