TEAM INDIAN RESTAURANT

This is a new Indian restaurant on Davie street . The food is good the service is good ! The server that took my take out order was really nice . The food is tasty and for the price it’s regular Indian food that you can get anywhere . It’s fairly priced . They have a buffet at lunch which is priced well. There is a sign on the wall - “ if you don’t eat or waste food there will be a surcharge of $5 “ . I see where they are coming from but this is a restaurant. You cannot impose these kind of signs in a restaurant!The restaurant definitely needs to be painted and cleaned up . The decor could do with some major work . There is no excuse for having a substandard designed restaurant if you are going to be on Davie street . Their signage needs to be changed . It’s is not very aesthetically pleasing to look at this restaurant leave alone eat on location. Hopefully they will do something about the decor . They have some beautiful Indian sculptures but this does not change the atmosphere. I can see this place being like a “ let’s stop here and grab a quick bite “I would say give the establishment a try if you’re looking for a quick bite !

Had a dinner buffet and all the food items were either cold or tasted bad. Added an extra star because it was quite affordable.

I loved the bufette. Just loved it! Excellent value for your money. The food is very authentic with great flavor. There are very few bufettes of any kind and this option for just $11.99 seems unreal. It's not a cheap bufette, t's a very good meal option with a great price. The place has a simple-looking decor but has a relaxed feel to it. Just go and support this business. We need more restaurants with this kind of approach to food and service.

Small dining hall with basic furniture is built for eating well made desi food served in dispassionate manner. There is a buffet that seems to be popular. Tawa roti was amazing, so were the Dal tadka was fantastic, Dosa was so-so. Solid place to get great desi food sans frills. Would’ve been 5-stars if they had a bit more prompt service.

We had a great experience with them. They made my food so tasty and yummy. There service was really good and we will come back soon for sure. Thank you so much....

Would love to recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting downtown Vancouver. We had dinner and lunch at this place and enjoyed both the times. The taste, quality of food, service and portion size of the meal is great. Thanks to the chef and the serving team!

Imagine Indian hospital cafeteria food and this place is it. Drinking water served was warm. When I asked the server for some ice, she did'nt bother to come back to let me know that they had no ice. She did'nt even have the common sense to apologize for not saying anything. How's that for a great dining expérience. Like the previous Indian Restaurant at this location, it's safe to predict this place will close down before the year is up.

It was a good experience. Good food with very reasonable prices, excellent customer service provided by the girl named CHANDAN, She was really nice and polite. Restaurant owners were also very nice in greeting and giving information about neighborhood as I was visiting from Ontario.

Got takeout paneer dosa. It was simply amazing. Proportion was good too. Tasted authentic and for $14.95, I feel it was good.Just note: I was expecting the paneer to be in pieces grilled like tandoori, but it was actually grated paneer. Next time I'd probably get masala or plain since the paneer isn't tandoori style anyways...But still worth it, and fairly priced store.

Very good buffet offer, and for under 12 dollars. The buffet was fresh and plentiful, with dessert options included. Friendly service. The atmosphere could use some added touches but overall it is comfortable. $.
