The worst customer support I've ever experienced. Hours on the phone to wait for a person that barely speaks english. They ignored my account cancellation requests for months and I was been charged on my card over and over. Refused to give refunds even my requests were logged in their system. Not to mention their software is mediocre at best. I will never deal with this company ever again and I suggest you stay as far away from them as you possibly can. Long story short I was lucky enough to get a (what is seems to be the only) good sales rep that was able to help me FINALLY process the cancellation. I thank this person immensely for the invaluable help ending my nightmare with this terrible company.

I have been using Acomba fro the past 20 years and it has always been a joy to speak to any customer service. The program has diversity adn it is easy to use.

So since January 9th until today and by calling them almost 3 times a week they weren't able to update my system and I am not able to produce my T4 & RL1 missing the government's deadline all I am hearing is very soft promises and excuses(last one their accounting system is being updated). Absolutely the worst software developers and software I've experienced so far. I have no idea how they are still in business. They decided to change their billing system in order to of course triple what they charge us annually in the beginning of 2023. Ok fine, we understand inflation and cost is going up everywhere but as a result I've been trying with them to update my software version since January 9th that's for me to be able to produce my employees' T4 & R L1 and since all my payroll was done on their software in 2022 I have no other choice but producing my T4 & RL1 through it. I am sure I am not the only one so if the government's deadline is missed they should be held accountable for our delay. Contact me if you have the same issue.

take you hostage by programming code to deactivate your Fully purchased modules. Not even microsoft or mac os does this or they would have legal issues but they know you will have to pay in order to keep running your organization. BE AWARE moved to SAGE after been ransomed for thousands of dollars.

Imagine having to pay for tech support lol...
