Manny and his team went absolutely above and beyond for me when life went absolutely sideways and required me to replace my beloved vehicle. I test drove several different makes and models but the team at Northstar were the most supportive and invested in me, and my family's well-being. I purchased a safe, reliable and stylish vehicle and feel good about the transaction.

Better prices and more importantly considerate staff than any of the other Hyundai dealers in the city. I live in the south end of Edmonton and found south end dealership more pushy and more expensive so I went to Northstar and it was well worth the longer drive.Mike (salesman) was a pleasure to work with. He really takes into account your goals and makes sure you will be happy with your vehicle and isn't pushy like other sales staff at other dealers and he is very knowledgeable about the options. The sales manager was also great. He helped me get the vehicle trim I wanted since there is high demand and no other dealer could get the color I wanted with the features I was looking for. The sales manager and the finance team did a great job ensuring I had the best rates possible despite the crazy interest climate we have now due to the bank of Canada's attempts to tame inflation.Will recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle even if you live in the south end.. well worth the drive!

This is an amazing place to visit! Start to finish I was treated extremely well, I felt like it was almost like a family run business.David in sales was amazing! Sharing the same first name with the sales person David I knew it would be a great start ha I sure had a great time at this branch went above and beyond for sure. I got the Suv I wanted and the payment I needed to be at Sales manager Manny was very pleasant as well! I would not be able to end this without mentioning Michael in finance. Adam is the best Sales man I’ve ever had. He was so amazing that I ended up buying a new vehicle from him, even though I didn’t have to once Adam got some information for me. He was so helpful. He is a great guy to deal with and is laid back and comes across as genuine and not at all pushy trying to make a sale. As a woman, I wish more sales men were like him, then more women would feel comfortable to buy a vehicle on their own. Even when I come back in for services and see him, he is as courteous as he was the day I met him and asks how things are going to make sure I’m still a satisfied customer!! He’s the best!! Come to think of it, all the staff are terrific to work with!! Totally would recommend them to my friends and family!!

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from Hyundai Northstar. Our Sales Rep was David Liska. He was extremely patient and super helpful and knowledgeable with all our many questions. Adam, the sales manager was amazing to work with as well. Overall, we are VERY pleased with the whole buying experience and fantastic car we got. We both will 100% recommend them to our friends and family for all their future vehicle purchases.

Definitely 5 stars to this dealership but extra big shout out to salesman Dean for helping me out with this purchase.! I was so nervous going in for my first dealership purchase in years from not having the best experiences in the past. Dean and the team were completely transparent with me and very communicative.
