I go here regularly (nearly every day as I work nearby currently) and the service is always top dollar. They are always very timely and I never have to worry about making it back to work within my 15 minute time frame for my break. Food is always well made, hot, and properly packaged and in the nearly a hundred or so times I’ve been, I’ve had one mistake made with my order and it was immediately made good when I came through the next day. I live in Cambridge but would most likely go out of my way to get food here as I know it will be done properly

This McDonald's was the dirtiest dine in experience I have ever had. Could not find a clean table to sit at so we just picked the least dirty spot. The drink/condiment area was disgusting. Ketchup and drinks spilled everywhere. Will definitely not be going back.

I’m not sure where they get the information from, I had a completely different order and at the front I was asked to pay and the fee was over $15 for just a couple of things. The list was pretty much different than what I requested. It will be nice if they could verify orders.

I have to leave a one star review. My husband and I got a box of chicken McNuggets last Friday at this location, and he got food poisoning. He has been suffering with diarrhea since then and had to take serious medication. Whether it was uncooked or dirty hands touched it, it’s unclear. It’s a bacterial food poisoning and it has been very upsetting. Be aware

It is a nice place to grab some fast-food. I mean it is just like any other McDonald's. Nothing extra. The staffs are really friendly and kind. The food is also nice especially the Crispy chicken burgers and not too expensive. The McFlurry is also delicious. It all depends on what you are ordering.

I went in today at 11pm and the service was amazing. A girl took my order and she was very polite. I also had a conversation with one of the managers, and he was super chill. If I had to define excellent customer service that guy would be the one.

Not a good spot to spend money, i went at night, there were food flies near ketchup and drink refills. Also, place wasn’t clean.Got lime wrap, wasn’t made fine, chicken was over cooked and Fries was cold. Don’t know whom should blame staff or who.Worst experience in my life.

Absolutely incredible service, Tanish and Nikhil helped me with my order and provided me additional help on how to use the app and gain points, from the friendliness of the the staff to the cleanliness of location, this is by far the best run McDonald’s in the nation. 10/10 would recommend!

We used the kiosk to order our food, which was simple and easy as always. Service wasn't too bad, although they did forget one of our hashbrowns that we ordered but as soon as we told them they replaced it for us. Food was hot and fresh.

I dont mind waiting for my food if things are going on, but not being told it will be a 7 minute wait on my way to work is a little much :/ manager got my money told me to pull forward with no heads up. Only real suggestion I have for improvement is that beads up lrior to payment. having said that me being late for work was my own mismanagement of time
