Over 28 years of generations utilizing this Broker without issue until recently when new mgmt. took over.Personal contact not an option, email communication abrupt and borders on bullying, not timely or efficient. Focus seems to be centered on the Broker Fess (actually quoted I’m not making enough money on this”) and not client satisfaction or savings. Possibly they are struggling financially or personal kickbacks from preferred insurance supplier? If you disagree with the associate broker, Paul Thomas he cuts you off and cancels your insurance with very little notice (via email with 2 hour window) knowing very well that this will impact future coverage which then turns into full payment upfront for the term directly to the broker. Might I add that Brokers are invoiced monthly for all policies specific to each insurance company, so you got it folks they are utilizing client funds to support their cash flow.This broker toddles on narcissistic, or does not like negotiating with women, or embarrassed when you prove him wrong, or point out non truths, my way of the Hwy. attitude.His communications are abrupt, condescending, with an arrogant lecturing tone. In today’s economy and uncertainty who wants to deal with this type of behavior as a consumer? Customer service is NOT a focus for this Broker. Nepotism is practiced and long time staff gets pushed aside to make room for his family. BUYER BEWARE your interaction will NOT end well. Try LowestRates.ca instead, great pricing for same coverage and incredibly professional, I actually spoke to a human who followed up twice to ensure my complete satisfaction with services. WOW customer service is alive!

We have been in business since 1989, and have been dealing with Brokers Trust both personally as well as for business insurance. We have had no issues with anyone at Brokers Trust. They are by far the most professional brokerage firm we have ever dealt with. They have been honest with us since day one, and the rates are more then reasonable. I have recommended friends and business associates to them.

Amazing service. quick, on top of all the quotes that work best for everyone. Never had an issue, explained with full details, didn't leave out any fine print that would make it hard to understand later on. I have been with them for a few years now. The last thing I learnt was that they had insured the wrong car (a car unknown to me) under my policy, the car that I drive was not insured, but I was paying the monthly premium. So I decided to switch, I have been trying to obtain a letter of experience to change, and despite my several requests in writing, they haven't sent it to me. Ashley sends conflicting information ignoring what she promises in her previous emails, and is extremely rude. When I called Robert Female, he said I was getting on his nerves with my requests. So I'm looking into how to get out asap. Avoid this broker and staff, even if it means paying a little extra elsewhere. They cant be trusted and will do anything to screw you over.

Read some of the reviews before posting mine and it looks spotty. But like any business, your experience would depend on who you're dealing with and fortunately, for me it was 100% positive with Gabriel.He did not pressure, gave great advice and provided options for me to consider. My interaction with Brokers (Gabriel) started over 2 years ago and it was engaging from the start. Although I haven't moved all my business over, I've moved what I could that made sense which Gabriel helped me by letting me know of the pros and cons.I would highly recommend Gabriel at Brokers Trust.

Sabrina has done a phenomenal job looking after our needs in the 2 years since we switched to Broker's Trust 2 years ago. We have been with this insurance brokerage for almost 15 years now and if you are looking to actually speak to someone this is not the place. They transfer you to an agent which you will in turn only get an answering machine and after you leave a message they take their time and call you back whenever they feel like. Tracey the agent that I had was non apologetic and seemed annoyed and this is how they treat customers that have been loyal to this company for over a decade! When purchasing a new car you need to have an idea of what the insurance will cost and you have a very small window before someone else scoops it up so talking to an agent is extremely vital and time is if the essence so if you receive a voice mail and an agent that takes their time in calling you back then why bother. There is enough completion out there where you will get better rates and be able to talk to a live agent!

Brokers Trust is a great company. My family and I have been with them for 9 years. My broker is fantastic. She always answers all of my questions in a timely manner. Even when I leave a message or email she is quick to respond back. It doesn't matter who you speak with at Brokers Trust, all of the employees are always professional and helpful. We always have the best experiences with them and we will definitely continue with their services.
