What an awful place to take your child to or even to go yourself... the receptionist barely speaks anything. When I got there with my 4 year old the place was desert empty. She was on the phone with her friend and didn’t even acknowledge we were there. No wonder nobody ever goes there! She waved her hand to say to give her the health card, still no word from her other than her speaking her own language to her friend on the phone. Than she told us to sit, we sat 5, 10, 15 and even 20 minutes. I walked to her and asked her if the doctor was with someone and she said yes there’s someone there. 2 minutes later she called for my sons name to go to the doctors room. Sure enough the doctor comes out of the other room without having any other patients at the time. I was furious at the receptionist for talking to her friend rather than making sure my son gets immediate care when the doctor was available. What a joke of a place. The doctor saw my son for literally 20 seconds and said he has an ear infection and prescribed him antibiotics. I didn’t trust this place at all so I took my son to another doctor for a second opinion and surprise surprise. No ear infection! This place deserves to shut down and never open again with the practice they are running. AVOID AT ALL COST!

The doctor is rude and negligent. He didn't even look at my child. All he did was lecture me and tell me his opinion. I didn't go there to be judged by a doctor who came late and lacks respect. He gave me a referral to Grandview eventhough I already explained not too because my child is already on the list and it's a long wait list. The receptionist was very nice though too bad she wasn't the doctor. Complete waste of time.

First off it’s really a shame that people aren't doing their research when leaving bad reviews meant for the for the former walk-in clinic and not the pharmacy. It unfairly and negatively affects the pharmacy’s rating. This is a 5 star pharmacy thanks to Hannan. She is knowledgeable, caring and helpful. She truly cares about her customers and provides a level of care and attention that you would never find at Shoppers or other large corporate pharmacies. I encourage you to transfer your prescriptions to this pharmacy so you can see for yourself what it’s like to have such a caring and helpful pharmacist.

The ABSOLUTE BEST pharmacist EVER. Hannan has taken better care of me and my child than any wall in ‘doctor’ because of course we don’t have a family doctor in Ontario. She goes above and beyond. Thank you Hannan!!

We came here with my 1 year old son at the time it was an elderly male doctor at the children’s clinic. It didn’t seem like he was thorough and my hunch was that he was incorrect and I was right. He looked briefly into my sons ear and told us he had an ear infection. Prescribed antibiotics which turned out my son was allergic to which lead us going to the ER. At the ER the doctor told us he never had an ear infection at all and we were wrongly diagnosed with antibiotics. This was 2018. Maybe things have changed since then but I should warn other parents of what happened to us

Please avoid this place!! We went with our 2 month old baby to this clinic since the he was feeling extremely unwell. The doctor who came to see him was aged and looked like he was showing effort to hear what we said. However as i mentioned to him that if he has any ear infection immediately he started looking at his ears and in 10 secs he told he is having a bit of infection in one of the ears" and came back with an antibiotic prescription. He didn't mention which ear though we asked and seemed not to hear that question. We got the medication and also gave him 2 doses. But we were not very convinced and took him to another pediatrician. She checked my son quite thoroughly...like his temp

Horrible clinic! From entry to exit it was an absolute mess and I cant imagine ever going back there. The entry and waiting room are both dirty not to mention you can see that it hasn't been sanitized or cleaned in a very long time. The staff are polite but the doctor itself is rushed and has a cold manner. The paediatrician that saw my 18month old barely spent 2 minutes and decided that all my toddler needed was Advil or Tylenol for the fever. I repeatedly asked if that would take care of the redness in the eyes and the possible ear ache (my child kept touching the ear) to which he responded I said no other medication didnt I?"We decided to go to Westney Heights walk in since we had a strong feeling there was an eye or ear infection but weren't sure. Thank God we did because it was both

Go elsewhere. The doctor who saw my son gave us an incorrect diagnostic and prescribed a useless treatment (as confirmed by the other doctor we saw afterwards). The doctor was apathetic, spent little to no time examining my son and, when I asked questions about the illness, he became confrontative and said things like I know this because I have 30 years experience". Hanan the pharmacist is always warm and welcoming. She answers my questions and is always genuine. Always has honest advice and is considerate to any situation. The children's clinic is great because the staff were friendly, and luckily the pharmacy is together in one, so getting medicine was easy and efficient.

I'm torn about how to rate this place. First it is dirty. Everything is older and a bit run down which i don't care about but I do care about how clean it is. See the photos. Dirty! I thought about leaving but decided to stick it out.The staff was great. Very friendly receptionist and everything was smooth checking in. I did have to ask to have the paper in the room changed after I noticed they didn't do it - the last patient had a hacking cough - told my son to not touch anything! Here is why I didn't give this place one star. Dr. Kobayashi was the most thorough doctor I have ever had at a walk in or my family doc (and I love my family doc). My son was having breathing problems and his exam left me in no doubts that he checked everything. He asked a ton of questions and has a wonderful calm demeanor that my son responded to. We were not rushed and left feeling very positive.Note: We went on a Saturday morning around 11am. Clinic was moderately busy and wait time wasn't long.
