My order was returned to sender for incomplete address, even though i put my full address in. When i emailed customer service for help, they were more helpful then ive ever experienced with customer service! They were super nice and quick to respond. Got it fixed right up for me. Never had issues before but its good to know if there is ever an issue they will always be there to help with whatever! 10/10! Great job!

I stopped by this little vape shop on my way to a 2 weeks vacation.I’m the kind of person that keeps vaping the same flavor so stopping at a new place sounded like an unusual thing to do.The service was amazing and very nice! Within minutes, the associate was able to suggest 2 flavors and the one I took tastes amazing.I highly recommend that place!

These people are the definition of customer service! It's always a pleasant experience going in there. I rarely give a 5 star. But this place is always clean and very professional. Well informed on their products. As a fussy consumer, they take care if me well. They are safe and up to date on all regulatory requirements. I recommend them fully.... Google asked for an updated score... Still 5 out of 5 from opening to 2022. Cheers!
