I go to Adoniaa beauty often and every single time I go, there is always something new. I had my waxing and makeup done at Adoniaa and I must say that the services are premium and the experience remains top notch.

A good option for professional makeup, located few steps from my place. Great customer service, they waited for me, since I arrived late. A bit expensive, will wait for my event pictures to let you know if it was worth it :)

Friendly but did not get the look I wanted. Ended up wiping off most of it before my shoot because it looked so bad on camera and was rejected as the look was too much for what I was suppose to have. Not worth the amount I paid.

I was pretty disappointed overall. I came on time for my appointment however I didn't see anyone until at least 30 minutes after my time. It seemed as though my time wasn't as valuable as the person having the photo shoot done. When the esthetician showed up it was not the person I booked with. However the gal that looked after me was very pleasant. Unfortunately, I also had a bad reaction to the lash tint or the lash lift solution so that didn't help either with the overall experience.

I visited Adoniaa Beauty today for the Adoniaa Facials. The entire experience was remarkable, from start to finish. Sonia was so great and highly skilled. My face feels so soft and clean like a newborn’s. I also grabbed an Adoniaa Beauty Dual Powder on my way out (in the shade recommended by Adoniaa), and it blends so perfectly with my skin. I will definitely be returning.

The owner is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I don't know if she was just having a bad day but she was very unprofessional and ruined my day. I hope no one else goes through the same experience as I did. I will never go there again nor will I recommend this place to anyone. I wish I could give this a 0 star.In regards to your response, this review was written by a family member on my account as I was helping to show her how to post a review. It's unfair to assume that I am going around bullying businesses as you can see I've only ever written one other review. Regardless if I am in your system or not, you treated this person very unfairly which is very upsetting to me. I will return the favor and pray that you also find peace.

Amazing friendly staff. Excellent service! I got Sonia for threading she’s amazing and fast highly recommend

I'm not sure about the service since I wasn't able to get into my booked appointment as the provider doesn't work on the day I booked, despite their booking app giving that day and time as an option, and confirming several times via email. I'm giving them one extra star because they did try to contact me over the phone to let me know after I had booked and received a confirmation email, I just couldn't pick up as I was working. I'd recommend calling them and not booking online since their schedule there doesn't seem accurate.
