Be AWARE!They have sent me a defective laptop. Now want to refund that. Meantime, my money is hanged, I will be laptop less for another week.You will not receive the same what you see in the sellng advertisement. I got a Dell Lattitude E7470, where bluetooth does not work!

Never mind the bad reviews. JP does an excellent job and if you go places like that then keep in mind many of the equipments are better or high end. Also they're used and sometimes there might be some problem. I have only good experience and what I can respect that if there was no right solution for my problem at least JP never pushed to sell something to have a semi-solution. Bottom line, I rather buy there a used high quality laptop than buy a brand new mediocre laptop.

A really wonderful experience! There was some damage with the first order that was shipped to me, but TechWreckers was great about helping me send it back to them and shipping me a replacement model - it was at my door within 48 hours! Great products and incredible service.

July 2020 Purchased a dell computer. Great price, friendly staff, fast delivery, very clean both inside and outside of computer, [not like the one I recently purchased from Dell.ca refurbished]. Computer works faster than more recent Dell's I have. Would definitely buy from Tech Wreckers again!

I recently brought in my laptop which appeared completely dead. Apple basically told me there was no point trying to fix it, but I opted for a second opinion. JP was able to fix it with only a 1/2 hour of labour! All communication was very clear, quick and kind. I'm so impressed and would recommend this business 100%.

Edit: I don't think JP works at this place anymore, (As of summer 2020 and on...) so be aware as he was the reason that made my experience at this place a very positive one. For all I know the staff here are still very nice, I haven't been back since so I don't know. But I am putting this Edit at the beginning of my review to give you readers a heads up, as my review of the place and JP may not be the same experience you'll have when you go there now. Thank you for reading.This place is the best if you're looking to upgrade your older desktop/laptop, but don't want to or have a fortune to buy new and overpriced parts. they have a wide selection of refurbished, old but powerful and functional laptops for sale, as well. JP is the man, funny, honest guy that will break it down to what you will need and not need to get your old clunker PC up and running at its optimum. He gave me a great deal on a RAM upgrade... I am still playing (some) games on my 11 year old desktop gaming PC on relatively great performance!...Thanks to JPs help and expertise. It's amazing to have such a friendly computer parts, repair and sales place so close to where I live.
