Mike did a great job framing a new basement wall for a laundry room project.. The work was done quickly, correctly and for a fair price. Will definitely use again.

I contacted several companies for the work I required, which was to assemble a sauna and install through an existing wall into our gym whereby the front and entry would face the gym and the back of the sauna would protrude into a work shop room behind.It was an absolute delight to work with Mike and his team from the initial phone call to the completion of the job.Mike and his team were extremely conscientious on caring about my needs. They were careful not to cause any damage during the whole process, they arrived on time each day and finished within the estimated time for the job. Mike was able to accommodate our custom retrofit. Although pricy he was professional, friendly, accommodating to all our questions and concerns and we would use him again for similar work. The price was worth it in the end.

I hired Ottawa Custom Carpentry to finish renovations (framing, 4 doors, and drywall) started by another company pre-COVID restrictions. Once the restrictions were lifted, scheduling and availability with the other company no longer met our expectations and I called Mike from Ottawa Custom Carpentry in hopes of finding someone who can do the work properly and quickly. Mike answered my call right away (this was before deck season started in Ottawa so it was near impossible to find anyone who would respond) and he came by that afternoon to give an estimate. His estimate was reasonable, and his quality is superb. He communicated with us the entire time, offered really great suggestions, and more importantly finished the work within the estimated time frame. These guys take great pride in their work and it absolutely shows. I honestly cannot recommend these guys enough. I fully intend to hire them again in the future.

I contacted Ottawa Custom Carpentry to do the trim for our office renovation. Despite the very tight deadline, they agreed to help me out. Chris worked evenings and a Saturday to get the trim installed so that we could move in on time. The trim looks great and we're so happy they were able to help us out!

Mike and Dave from Ottawa Custom Carpentry did a phenomenal job for me. The job included drywall/mudding/taping which was completed to perfection - I had a separate company paint and they were very happy with the sanding job/prep for paint.They also built me a two-tiered drop ceiling out of Cedar Wood exactly as I requested it. Mike and the team did a fantastic job on installing floating shelves and cabinets in our living room, as well as running cables behind the drywall. The team was flexible with our plans and really respectful, taking time to clean our home as they worked. They were also so great with our dog (always a bonus!) HIGHLY recommend!
