I highly recommend Carpet Bonanza. I purchased vinyl plank flooring a few years ago and I loved it. However, the tongue and groove connections broke by my rolling over it with my wheelchair. I contacted Carpet Bonanza about my issue and they made it better at no cost to me. They selected new flooring options and allowed me to pick my favorite. They installed it in my home at no charge to me. Carpet Bonanza is a company that stands behind its product and services so I highly recommend them to customers looking for flooring.

We have done business with Carpet Bonanza several times for three homes as well as for my parents and son's homes. We were given top notch service whether we did the installation or they did. I must tell you that they do an excellent job with stairs! We have saved thousands of dollars and have been very happy with the very pleased with the design assistance. They stock various products at all price points. Their selection of area rugs is the best in West Michigan along with the prices. I doubt that the bad" reviews are true and there must be more to the story? We will use them again in the near future!"

I have shopped with Carpet Bonanza on several occasions as I prefer to shop local, regrettably the service and quality have notably gone down hill. After the last interaction I will not be returning nor recommending this company. If you do decide to work with them watch any quote you are given very carefully and insure any subsequent visits are billed correctly. Also insure your quotes line items cover the entirety of the project before signing: if an item is verbally stated asked for it in writing.

We worked with Nate Boeve to purchase and install new laminate flooring throughout the entire upper level of our house. Nate answered all of our questions, gave advice and was very responsive. From order to install, the process was seamless. We love our new floors!

Terrible service!!! They will say what you WANT to hear not what you NEED! The flooring is supposed to last 10-12 years and didn’t even last 10-12mins with furniture being moved around on felt pads! You can see markings from it and we have to try to put felt pads on everything to reduce scratching. I wish I can say it will prevent scratching and markings, but it’s better than no protection. It’s embarrassing when our flooring clients see it and wonder what happen to getting commercial grade flooring? We had to tell them we were lied too. It also didn’t helped Dan was getting upset at us, because he thinks we don’t think it can be use in our business and WILL LAST. Dan didn’t even sound like he cared or concerns that we had for the flooring we needed when we finally received it, but it was too late because they already took thousands of our money! It wouldn’t even matter if I had Carpet Bonanza installed it because we probably would have to make a warranty claim every month! They could have had many great referrals and business from us.

We had a great experience using Carpet Bonanza. Their showroom was huge and had a very wide variety of carpeting to choose from at all price points. We were looking for a good deal and found plenty to choose from. They were able to schedule a date for installation quickly and the installer did an excellent job. We even had a tricky area in our stairway and he handled everything like a pro. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Would use again, and recommend to a friend.

Some of my laminate flooring was damaged, a small 4 x 6 ft area in front of our fridge, and another company wanted to replace the entire kitchen, dining and entry flooring to the tune of $8000 plus because they smelled the insurance money. I talked to Carpet Bonanza about it Wednesday, they inspected it Thursday and fixed it Friday for about $500. I am very happy with their service.

Good selection and when measurements were needed they came right out which is why I am giving them 2 stars. However, the sales person from the moment I said what I was looking for gave a vibe they were less than thrilled to help me and never called me with the quote. When I called, I received a return message with the quote and was told I probably don't want it." I called back and had to leave a message asking for more information or if something else was recommended but never received a call back. Felt totally dismissed and my best guess is because I wasn't spending a ton of money on the flooring...this time. To bad for them

Dale was very helpful in finding the exact color carpeting that I wanted, as well as something very soft yet durable. He recommended high quality padding in case of any pet accidents. Dale was great to work with! He returned all calls promptly and really knew his products. The gentleman who measured was efficient & professional. The carpet installers did a fantastic job! They were respectful of our home & our time. There had been a miscommunication regarding furniture that needed moving, but they rolled with the changes without a single complaint. The new carpet looks terrific! They installed it nice and tight so it lays very smoothly. No seams are visible. All in all, Carpet Bonanza was a pleasure to work with.
