I had an unfortunate sidewall tire gash while vacationing in the Kamloops area. I had called nearly every tire shop in Kamloops, most either saying they couldn’t help me or that tires would arrive in 4-6 days. From the start, the service shop at Volkswagen had been very helpful. They had my tires arrive in 2 business days and managed to squeeze me in for mounting same day. Accommodating, friendly staff. I appreciated it!

Amazing friendly staff and great customer service from all departments. Brooke in parts is always helpful and great to deal with. Andy in service was amazing as well. All around great group of people to deal.

The service and help was exceptional. Had the lousy experience of a flat on our holidays. After visiting several tire shops who were not able to find the tire we needed, we went to Kamloops VW.Immediately they got on the phone and sourced a tire for us at another tire shop. We got the tire and they installed it at no cost. They were so helpful. We got back on the road and our holiday. Thank you Kamloops VW for your outstanding service!!!

Excellent service. They go above and beyond to help you out. I had no problems getting warranty service for a VW I didnt buy there (not all dealers like this, I know from experience). They also fit me in with no appointment while I was in a pinch with a broken sunroof. 10/10 service, it's rare.

Team was great and took my custom requests at ease, even brought in brands for me that are not carried standard.Always going above and beyond every time I need anything.Great group! Great service. Took my 2019 VW Jetta Execline there for recalls to be done. They did a software update to the car and now the check engine light has been on ever sense. They told me it would go away on its own once the car learns the update. it still has not. Now I have a P164E code that won’t go away.No issues with my car until it was brought there

Travelling Alberta to coastal BC June 10, 2023 and had an issue with 2022 Tiguan purchased on Vancouver Island. I visited VW of Kamloops interested in the 2021 Jetta GLI and I was greeted by the bright and cheerful Ashley.Throughout my entire experience, she was in constant contact with me, answering all of my questions and making sure I was always informed on what was happening next. Her infectious excitement and positive demeanor was wonderful and refreshing to deal with. It is rare to come in contact with a salesperson like Ashley, who treats you like a human being, instead of a bigger number on their next pay.On my initial visit, the GLI that was on their lot had unfortunately been sold, but Ashley got to work straight away looking around for another. After some searching, it seemed that every GLI in the province was sold, however she did not give up there. After contacting VW Canada, she was able to get a brand new GLI shipped from factory to dealership just for me to test. Needless to say, I fell in love with this brilliant sport sedan rather swiftly.Ashley and Terry then went to work helping me to prep my trade-in to get the absolute best value for it, and I was very pleased with the final price I did get for it. They also helped me get a few personal extra's included in the financing (window tint and lowering springs). A few days (and several signatures) later, I was driving home in my brand new GLI, grinning ear to ear.The excellent service didn't stop once the purchase was complete either. Terry made sure everything was in order for my lowering springs to be installed at our local VW Specialists shop, and when it came time for the tint to go in, Ashley herself took my car to have this work done.To Ashley, Terry and all of the outstanding professionals at VW Kamloops, thank you for making the purchase of my new car a pleasant, pressure-free, stress-free experience!
