I needed to rent a walker and they were so so very helpful, answered all my questions were VERY informative and I had to return it early and they even gave me a refund for the days I didn't use it. Would recommend and I will definitely use them for any future needs.

Julie has been amazing and quick to deal with throughout my wsib claim. Only wish we had found them sooner! Hands down way better than the 2 chain type mobility stores I've used in the past few months.

Oh WOW!!! What terrible service!! Just got hung up on by the man on the phone. I went on their website to get pricing information on their portable commodes, as my mother is dealing with a lot due to my father’s health declining. I called to ask pricing info as it’s not mentioned on their website. The guy whispers “we don’t provide pricing over the phone” I asked him to repeat it as I didn’t hear him, he states it again and I ask him why (as anyone would) and then HE HUNG UP ON ME!! Let me tell you something as someone that’s been in customer service since the age of 16… THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Not only are you a store but a SPECIAL NEEDS STORE! What part of this confuses you on the fact that your customers may not be able to Physically come into your store?? So not only do you not consider empathy with your business you’re playing games with your patrons??? TELL THEM THE PRICE! Medical health devices and equipment is already so expensive, the least you can do is be forthright with your customers so they can better plan on their purchasing. If I had to drag my mother away from my father for her to come and ask these basic questions and doesn’t find what she’s looking for, I’d have even worse words for you and your company. So now we’re going to WALMART! Somewhere we’re trying to avoid. But they show their prices and even deliver! This is why Walmart keeps winning….. my god. The poor quality of service is astonishing considering how slow your business is. Last time I went into your store I waited over 20 mins before the sales person even acknowledged my presence, there were only two ppl in the store…. Keep it up, I guess….

I dealt with Julie and she was outstanding. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and her customer service was incredible. I cannot say enough great things about her.The prices were very reasonable and the equipment was good. Thanks for all you do Julie. It is greatly appreciated!!!
