Eric was very professional and very open to questions. Always explained what he was looking for, why he was looking for it, and what the implications might be. He also provided tips on ways to help maintain many aspects of the home that weren't readily apparent. Overall, very good experience. I learned a lot not just about the house he was inspecting, but also about houses in general

Bastian Home Inspection
I have dealt with dozens of home inspectors in my line of work. Eric was very professional and complete in his inspection of the home i was buying. He did a very good job of explaining and discussing options of the defects he discovered. He promptly emailed me the results of both the inspection and the radon measurements he had taken. I would use him if I had need in the future.

Bastian Home Inspection
We used Eric for a home inspection on a property we purchased. He did not return calls on questions we had about the property. He also , missed several items that he reported working properly or acceptable that in fact do nothing work. We do not recommend Eric for a home inspection.

Having bought five homes in the duration of my life, I've had quite a few experiences with home inspections. In my opinion, the inspection and report done by Bastian Home Inspection out rates all my other experiences. The report from Bastian was extremely details yet easy to read for the layman. Eric Bastian took the time to explain everything I didn't know about radon. This was on his time, not mine. Not only did I receive excellent service, I also received an education. Bastian Home Inspection
Eric recently provided a home inspection and radon test for us. I feel he was responsive and was able to fit us in to his schedule about a week later. All cost were discussed upfront and he provided a proposal within hours of talking to him. On the day of inspection he met with us after spending approximately 2.5 hours inspecting the home. He explained his findings and went into detail with any issues that arose. He answered our questions and provided guidance when possible. We received the home inspection and radon report later the same day. I would recommend Eric to anyone in the area and I would use him for any future home purchases.

Bastian Home Inspection
Eric did the home inspection for me and called me straight afterwards. Unfortunately the home was a wreck after a fire and not salvageable at all. Instead of just pocketing my inspection fee for a portion of the work he refunded me for the report. What a true professional! I will only use Bastion in future!

Bastian Home Inspection
Eric was very responsive and got us in for a home inspection very quickly! He did a great job and left no stone unturned! He was very informative thought out the whole process as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a great house inspection!
