When I approached the screen on the drive-thru, I saw an ad about fruit splash and decided to order it. I said to the lady, I want 3 fruit splash mango and peach. The lady couldn't hear me well

Ordered a double big mac combo with a large slam dunk mcflurry. They sent me a double cheeseburger with small mcflurry? What kind of service is this?I should get what i paid for....After 2 days i decide to try again for a double big mac.. This time they forget the cheese pickles and the sauces... sprinkled the smallest amount of onion i have ever seen!Still not a double big mac!2 orders and still cannot get what i ordered!

always great service at this location they really work hard to get the cars through the drive-thru as quick as they can. My meals are always gluten free so I ordered two double cheeseburgers with no bun. This location made the effort to make the food on the platter look appetizing it doesn't always happen that way; I really appreciate it when they do. **** Follow up visit, ordered double hamburgers without the buns added some tomatoes lettuce and a small fry, making another perfect gluten-free lunch for a Celiac like me. Staff are still very polite and helpful and always serve you with a smile which is always appreciated.

They take forever, and when they don’t, they get your order wrong. They don’t care about the mistakes they make cause they know Uber/DoorDash will give us our money back at none of their expense. I’ve had drivers cancel and redirect my order to a new driver, 7 times in one night lapsing over 3 hours. These drivers have argued with the kitchen for their orders. They take no accountability or consequence whatsoever, and all I can do is rant to the driver who isn’t at fault.

I understand coming at 3:40am isn’t ideal but for someone who works 12hr shifts into the late night, I need food.I drive up to the window after putting in a Mobile Order just to have them say we aren’t taking orders as our system is off.If you guys are open serving lunch/dinner until 4am, what’s with these early closings?

Horrible experience here. Came to pick up a happy meal, they locked the doors at 8:45pm didn’t let us in drive thru wasn’t working. Manager didn’t even open the door for us. When a customer opened the door they wouldn’t let me pay cash to buy a Halloween bucket.

The order was correct. The staff were friendly attentive and professional. This was a direct result of the management and leadership at this location. Good job McDonald's. I drive out of my way to go to this location.

I brought 2 soft cones on 2 different bills and they only gave me one. I had to repeat myself several times and they didn't believe me. I had to pull out both recpits and showed them. I also request my money back and pulled out my camera to record the whole transaction. That's when gave me the 2nd soft cone. Not impressed
