This is an amazing kennel. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but I had a last minute need for a kennel and she accommodated me as best as she could. When I met her to drop off my dog she was so warm and friendly. I had forgotten my glucosamine and she offered to give him a small dose of aspirin if she saw him in pain. She went above and beyond to proactively offer solutions to the problems I was having, it was so comforting. I would 100% bring him back here again if I'm staying in the area.

Excellent kennel, glad I found this place staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, kennel is very clean, can not beat the pricing along with peace of mind. Definitely the top choice for our family.

My Doberman Romeo loves coming to Fairfield. Harriet is such a wonderful person and she truly loves each and every animal that comes in. I know I am at peace when I drop him off. He gets so excited because he gets to see all his friends. It's a fantastically run facility by people who really care about the well being of our companions. I will always board my Romeo with Harriet at Fairfield.Always clean and always welcoming.

I no longer live in Chilliwack but I still insist on bringing my dogs out to this amazing Kennel every time I need boarding. They are SO worth the drive as I know my pups will be cared for like family. Their rates are reasonable, and they are so accommodating.This past week with all the flooding in Abbotsford I was not able to make it back to pick my dogs up as scheduled. Fairfield was so incredibly kind and reassured me that they would keep them and care for them for as long as necessary. I am so thankful that I could rest easy during this stressful time knowing that my dogs were safe and sound. THANK YOU!!

We boarded our three dogs here for the first time this past week and were impressed at the level of service. The kennel itself is homey and warm, lots of blankets in each kennel to keep them cozy. Each kennel has a private patio" so the dogs can go in and out as needed. The staff person was very enthusiastic and friendly and was willing to keep us posted throughout the week on how the dogs were doing. She even sent us a photo! At the end of the stay

We wouldn't take our pet anywhere else! The mother/daughter team will truly love on your precious while with them.This Kennel will do their very best to fit your pet in.

Would highly recommend. We just boarded our dog for the first time at age 13 and Fairfield Kennels provided top notch service the whole way. Great communication and super accommodating staff. It was a busy long weekend but we were provided updates nonetheless. Our little guy came home happy and with an even better temperament than the days leading up to boarding.Ours is a very anxious dog and we were quite nervous about the whole idea. Fairfield Kennels staff transformed this into a very positive experience overall. We felt like staff truly cared about our dog and debriefing revealed they actually knew quite a bit about his personality/behavioural tendencies after only a couple days.Impressive service, easily 5-star+.

We absolutely love Harriett, Trevor and Brooklyn at Fairfield Kennels! They have cared for our 8 poms many times, and it's always completely worry free. They come home happy, healthy and in perfect condition. We live an hour away from the kennel, but it's worth the drive knowing our babies are in the best care possible. The prices are very fair, thanks guys for your hard work and dedication to our fur kids! Holly

We have been taking our dog to Fairfield Island Kennels since he was about 8 months old . Trevor and his staff are always so accommodating to our schedule and we know Lofa is always getting the greatest care. Lofa is so excited when we arrive at the kennel he can't get out of the car fast enough . I would recommend Fairfield Kennels to anyone . They are the absolute BEST!Thank you Trevor and staff for treating our dog like one of yours.
