I bought one shower faucet， but the handle shower is leaking when using. so I went to the store and the technician tested it and confirmed it's bad. I didn't complain it, what I was not satisfied is I need contact the factory by myself, I need catch the leaking video and sent to the factory, I need to know who I can call and what the email address and how to explain what the problem is, the store already checked it, why the store let me do the replacement, they should easy know how to talk with the factory and send a new handle to store or my home, so far I still use the leaking handle

Terrible Experience at the Laval location!!! There were two sales people on the floor on a holiday. I knew what I wanted and just wanted to place my order. I did not need any further assistance. I was turned away very rudely by Melina. I explained to her that I just needed to place my order, I was ready to pay. She did not make an effort to help me. I was extremely disappointed. 3 other clients were also turned away because she was busy with her one client. As i was driving off, her colleagues clients left. She didn't even ask her colleague if he was almost done so he can help us place our order. Very bad service. Never again will I walk into that place. It's too bad because she could have made a 3000.00 sale in less than 5 min.

It was the most horrible experience in a plumbing store...they ask to wait 50+ minutes for a sales person and served new comers in the meanwhile, at least three of them. When I said that, Chantale the cashier started to yell on me...never again Plomberie Mascouche

A complete disappointment of a store. I had multiple bad experiences with this store having ordered from them on at least 4 occasions.On several of these occasions, I dealt with Pierre Bougault who impressed me with the number of mistakes on every occasion, from wrong shower base ordered and delivered, pricing errors, and failure to notify that the bathtub being purchased would take 4 months to arrive. These errors have caused major delays to my projects. To add to the frustration, each phone call ends with a transfer to the salesman that is never there and calls/messages are never returned. It would be nice to communicate with anyone competent at Plomberie Mascouche.I will be sure to spend my money at a store that shows proper customer service.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Absolutely the worst experience imaginable. Their staff recommend a terrible contractor that did horrible quality work and was not even licensed as a plumber. Owner was uncooperative and would not offer any assistance or compensation whatsoever.
