I came from my CT scan. I immediately went to this store to participate in the customer appreciation day. Came out with a guitar and accessories. Thank you Jason for the awesome customer service. And to Pete for the guitar. Jason and Pete if you can read this follow Oh My Cod on facebook. Come to when we are at the Lacombe Farmer's market and look for me. I'll help you to some fish and chips. I had recently picked up a new guitar to add to my collection. After having it home for a month or more I noticed a big crack in it. Of course no body wants a big crack in their beautiful shiny new instrument so I bring it back in to show them assuming this has to be a manufacting flaw as I take extremly great care of my guitars an know for certain I had done nothing to cause said crack. They hang on to it for further inspection and reach out to the manufacture, hand me a loaner guitar which I thought was awesome of them to do. Anyways a week goes by an I get a response.. manufacture denys any warrenty an basically said it was my fault. It was very upsetting to hear since I know I treated it with extreme care an no way did I cause the crack. Lucky for me though our kinds friends over at Long & McQuade came to my rescue an took it upon themselves to make things right an replace my guitar at there expense. Pretty sad customer service on Fenders end for making it go this route. 0 stars for Fender. 10/10 for Long & mcQuade. So long story short, thank you Riley an team over at Red Deer Long & Mcquade 10/10, Five stars! Shame on you Fender.

Good product, nice selection. Just didn’t appreciate being profiled as someone who was trying to steal.Even after I had bought my item and started placing it in my bag at the til, another employee rushed over to make sure I wasn’t stealing it, even though I had literally just purchased it. Made me feel really awful.

Just picked up the instrument of my dreams. Dealt with Kathy and she was amazing. The tech, Justin, looked over my guitar before I picked it up and it plays perfectly. Kudos to the team at L&M! I'll be back for sure.

Signed my daughter up for singing lessons. We showed up 10 minutes early. And we’re told it should only be 5 minutes. Sat there for half an hour and finally asked what was going on. We were told her instructor was just in with someone else at the moment and wouldn’t be too much longer. Sat there for another 20 minutes and asked again. With really no explanation as to what happened with the instructor but we were given a refund. Honestly I’m so disappointed. My daughter talked about these singing lessons for a whole week leading up to it. Every day. I left work early to go get her from school and have her at the lessons on time.This is unacceptable.
